Very Valuable Insights
The book starts off asking a bold question, "What if, regardless of your past history or the current economy, your dreams really could come true?" Then Michael Neill gives us ten very powerful concepts which will allow our dreams to come true.It is rather unfortunate but we grow up with an external focus. We grow up believing that external things - circumstances, the actions of others, karma, chance have more control over our fate than we do. As long as we persist in this belief, we will in fact allow outside forces to control our lives - and we become a victim.Supercoach has some very valuable insights. Our beliefs control the way we see the world and therefore control the actions we take. The first valuable insight of this book teaches us that the world is what we think it is. That we always tend to see what we expect to see. If we think that outside forces control our lives, we become victims of circumstance. On the other hand if we realize we have the power to make choices, to control our lives, we become creators of our lives. It is by realizing we are the creators of our lives that we have the power to realize our dreams without regard to our past or to the economy.Everyone is seeking the elusive "happiness". As Neill explains, "Well-being is not the result of what you do; it is the essence of who you are." We often think that happiness comes when we achieve certain goals - financial, material or relationship. But striving for these goals produces stress. We only need to give up the striving and accept who we are.One of the biggest obstacles to achieving our dreams is the fear of making mistakes. Here is some profound advice provided by Mr. Neill, "What you decide will never impact your life as much as how you handle the consequences of that decision." We need to get over our fear of making a mistake and realize that the real issue is how we deal with making mistakes. We will all make mistakes. It is part of being human. But how we deal with the mistakes we make will have a significant impact on our lives. One other important concept which I really loved was, "Your day doesn't create your mood; your mood creates your day." We must accept that our circumstances are created from the inside out. How we approach things will have a real impact on how things unfold in our lives."It's not the thoughts that pass through your head that impact your life; it's the ones you take ownership of and think about all day long." This is such a profound concept. We allow too many false or limiting thoughts to take up residence in our minds. Once we allow them to stay there, these negative thoughts can have a detrimental effect on our lives. The book has ten major concepts and lots of side notes to these concepts which if internalized will help you realize your dream life. The book is extremely easy to read. Each chapter is started with a little story and at the end of each chapter is a recap, called "in a nutshell" of the ideas presented. Also scattered throughout the book are lots of Supercoaching Tips.To get the most of the book, you will need to study the ideas and put them to work in your life. Your knowledge of these concepts will not change your life. It is living the concepts which will make a real difference in your life. This book provides some great information which has the power to change your life. Read it a couple of times and take action on the concepts.

Fantastic
This was a great book, not only for its content but also for its outline, layout and clarity. Every chapter starts with a story and moves from there to personal examples and numbered points. Then it moves to action steps, and at the end of each chapter there are reminders of the key points shared. As an editor, this made the whole book a joy to read.Moving on to the content: Michael Neil obviously has years of experience studying and practicing coaching, as is evidenced by his stories, but he is also very willing to talk about his own fallibilities in order to help the reader learn from his mistakes. Much of his learning appears to have come from the New Age movement, but rather than promoting it as "The Way," Neill presents his points in a more universal way so that believers of every spiritual/non-spiritual path can appreciate what he has to say. Part of the reason for doing that is because Neill hasn't locked into any one path himself, which makes for a pleasant lack of dogma. This is the kind of book that you don't forget in a hurry, and one that you will want to highlight in many places and preach from. Lord knows, I ran into my husband's office enough times just to read certain sentences to him! If you've been thinking of buying this as a ebook, I'd recommend getting the paperback instead. I got the ebook and now want my own copy so I can open it at any time and reread the best parts.

The Best Self-Coaching Guide You Will Find
Seriously. This book is the best if you want to motivate yourself to be better in all aspects of your life. It can really change the way you think and act. If you follow the activities in each chapter, you will quickly see change in your day to day life. The main points that you will take out of reading this book are:1. The world is what you think it is.2. Well being does not come from what you do; it is the essence of what you are.3. There is nowhere to get to.4. What you decide will never impact your life as much as how you handle the consequences of that decision.5. Every emotion you experience is a direct result of a thought, not the world around you.7. You create other people by how you listen to them.8. You can ask anyone for anything when you make it okay with them saying "no".9. Everything you do ( or don't do) is a choice.10. Clarity, structure, and boldness underpin every time-management system in the world.Even though I have outlined the main points, it is truly worth reading the book. It is very well written, funny and uplifting.

Excelente para Coaches e Coachees
No começo, eu achei que fosse um livro de autocoaching, mas também dá dicas preciosas para quem já atua no ramo. Recomendo fortemente.

Michael is THE Coach!
Thank you Michael for bringing out this book. I have been following Michael though his works for a very short time, but I can put in words the change that I have experienced. This book is a must-read if you intend to see some REAL change from within. Caution: It's NOT a book on tips and techniques on Quick Fixes. It goes much deeper than them.If you're someone who's looking for some real transformative perspective on self and life, you've reached the right place. Get the book and just read it.Love

Awesome!
Michael Neill is the real deal! He says things which you might have heard a thousand times, but now they get a much deeper sense and suddenly you understand! Life and being from inside-out is the only logical and sensible thing to do. Read, enjoy and live it!
