Head mount
The holder worked better than I thought. I did a go kart tour for 3 hours around Tokyo, Japan. The holder held the phone no problem for 3 hours, on bumpy road and speeds reaching 55mph with the head mount. Couldn't get the head strap to stay in place while driving was my only problem.

BUY IT! a “no-brainer”
For the money, you can’t go wrong if what you are looking for is a durable, practical and adaptable way to broadcast your live social media or recording a family holiday. Comes in a nice resealable plastic bag, itself containing three smaller resealable plastic bags filled with all the components. No instructions came with my order, but it is pretty common sense, and what isn’t, is a lot of fun to figure out. Basically, you have the chest, head and arm mounts/straps. The rest are mix-and-match connections allowing quite a variety of possible combinations. I just built my chest mount so that I can push the phone down to interact with the screen, but it can pull it back up when resuming streaming live view.

I guess I should’ve read the reviews
The media could not be loaded. Absolutely no instructions, which usually doesn’t bother me, but this item is not an intuitive build. I think I would’ve felt better if I at least got a note wishing me luck. No, seriously, how comfortable do these manufacturers have to be with taking our money, to feel so entitled to it, that they don’t even bother to show us how to assemble what we buy from them, so that we can USE it? Sheesh.Anyways, I managed to figure it out from the pictures, of course, so I guess I understand now. It’s so cheap because they don’t have to invest in anyone to help you figure it out. Lol

A bit flimsy but a 5 for versatility and value.
The plastic attachments didn't screw down as well as expected and, after reading other reviews, I was nervous about tightening things too much.So I super-glued an attachment to the back of a camera clamp and it's now rock-solid and can't spin side-to-side. Problem solved. :-) The camera clamp itself has a very tight grip. The head mount fits my 7-⅝ sized head well but doesn't fit over a bike helmet. No problem, though — I used the wrist mount instead. The strap is long enough to wrap around a couple of helmet ribs and still close securely.Haven't used the chest strap yet but it looks solid and did fit me (6' 1", 200 lb).Overall, very functional and worth the money to me.

Not comfortable using it and can’t secure.
I was excited to use this riding around nyc on my bike to take pictures and videos. The wrist one is on a swivel you can’t stop turningThe head one I can’t fit Securely on the helmet I have I’m afraid this thing with my phone will slip off while I’m riding and go flying. YikesThe chest one works but I felt weird. It has little parts that slide together and 2 little extra ones I can’t figure out. It has two camera holders for three Mounts. It should come with three. No instructions. I went back to the description on amazon to figure it out.Bottom line I’m not using it so I wasted money. Maybe the check one. I would have used the hand one on my arm or attach to the bike but it spins around. Don’t get that. Not for me.

Breaks easy when tightening down the screws.
Reason for the three stars:. Easy to break. If you are not super careful when tightening down your screw, it will break. The good is they have extra pieces in the kit so I was about to try again, but the bad is that you can't tell how much to tighten the screw to the device until it breaks on you! If you can't get it tight enough to withstand your movement, you may lose your phone or camera! I wish the connections was made of metal instead of plastic. I'll be searching for another product next time I buy, cause it looks like I'll be breaking this kit pretty soon and will need another.

Received a defective item. Not worth the money.
The clip for the strap that goes around your chest wasn't attached to the harness. The material was seen in a loop but not looped into the product! Also, the wrist holder wouldn't swivel and the nut could not be tightened enlightenment to hold a camera or phone upright. It just kept flopping over. The clamp for the phone is very tight and it's difficult to get the phone in place. I have a relatively thin phone case but I could not keep the case on if I wanted to use this set up. Seemed very cheaply made. Never got to test how it functions when recording due to the strap issue. Returning for a refund. Will NOT reorder.

Great buy with lots of attachments
Seems to be a decent product. Took it out on the water while fishing with me and it holds my 11 pro max with ease. Doesn’t slip or any of that.

Was finally able to use it and the clip broke on the first use. Terrible quality.
