I love this book. I was teaching myself to play the keyboard lol and I thought it would be fun for my twins and 2 year old as well. Well they got board. They kept asking for songs. I had no clue of any. This book took care of that. Not only did they have songs to learn but they actually knew the songs. This book is perfect for the whole family.

My 7 year old daughter loves this book. It goes perfectly with her new keyboard. She likes to play songs by ear, which I did as a kid and is a great skill, but with this book she can learn to read music as well! I definitely recommend this as a starter book or intro into music reading.

Every page appears damaged

Love it. When this book says easy believe it. For a brand new older beginner I could play some of these songs, they may need some practice but you can recognize what I am playing. Fun and good for the moral.

Easy to follow easy to learn

The book looks easy to follow, however, the keyboard we purchased turned out to be junk (Alesis Molody 61 key portable keyboard), therefore our grandsons have not been able to use the book.

Bought this for my 8 year old niece, thankfully I had a flick through as the first two pages of the bound book are definitely not appropriate for her!! Think someone should check current stock of products for any more miss printing.

From the cover I was expecting a child friendly colourful book. This is not. It's all black and white. The music is printed very small, with letters inside the notes barely visible without looking very closely, no good for a beginner that can't read music. No explanation or introduction to playing. If you already know what your doing you'll probably be fine but if not you'll need more support than this gives. Cheaply printed by Amazon, perhaps there's an original print copy out there that's higher quality?

My daughter had never played keyboard before so had to learn everything from scratch. After a few hours of learning she was off and adequately playing some of the simpler tunes from this book. Would recommend for first time keyboard players

Bought as a Christmas present for my daughter to go with her new keyboard. Very clear and easy to use book. Book came well within the time scale. Dad now thinks he’s a pianist as he plays Scarborough Fair. 😂. Would definitely purchase from this seller again. Ideal for 9 year old. Perfect!

We bought a Yamaha PSS-F30 keyboard for our 3yo grandson's birthday as he has demonstrated an aptitude for and liking of music. Indeed, we can't keep him away from our piano!After consulting with his mum, we opted for a robust but relatively simple keyboard from a reputable brand. This seemed to fit the bill and mum reports he spends hours on it - both with her helping and on his own. Being quite compact and light, it's easily transported as necessary.We included a set of 4 x AA batteries, some key stickers and a simple song book. I think his mum has more use of the song book at present but I am sure he'll find it useful as he grows and develops.As long as he's happy, then so are we....
