The padding and support are excellent. The length and width of Velcro holds it very secure. The sizing seems accurate. Saved my wife a lot of pain and grief getting around after the accident. In all other ways, it's great: the air cast goes around the foot, around the lower leg, and adjust easily. The foot also gets cushioned underneath. I feel very secure and protected in this air cast and it's sturdy. It's also a good height and the sizing is just right for my shoe size.
