I received this today. It took me less time to set it up and have it running than it took to open the box and do an inventory. Everything was working the way I wanted/needed in less than 15 minutes. I looked at the 3.5mm male to male cable and knew all I had to do is connect one end to the Aux output on the TV and the other to the soundbar. Connected the USB to charge the battery and it was ready. I have a great smart TV, but I am hearing impaired. The design on the TV is for the speakers to be on the back of the television. I have no idea what they were thinking when they designed it, for the first few years, I could hear well enough I dealt with the design. For the last 2 years, I have only watched tv that was closed captioned and recorded. If I missed something, I could go back and reread the CC and follow the story.The speaker's are now pointed at me, I do not need the CC any more. The sound bar sits on the same table as the TV, no extra space required. I moved the TV back about 3 inches and placed the sound bar in front of the TV. I still have a foot behind the TV. The little remote that comes with the soundbar does all I need it to do. Unfortunately, I do not have bluetooth so I don't have all of the features offered, but realistically, I do not need then. I looked at other sound bars before making this purchase, I did not see an appreciable difference in the ones that were double, triple or more that offered enough features to make it worthwhile spending more money.This one works great and meets my needs. I am going to purchase another one for my other TV.

I hooked it to tv using aux cord! Worked perfectly! I watch rock rods on YouTube a lot, and what a difference it made when hearing those engines rev up! Works great on you tube music videos as well! I would like to point out though, don't crank up volume on tv and sound bar to the max. You will be disappointed. It is plenty loud at mid volume!!

My experience with this sound bar is very good so far.Pros:Multiple ways to use the sound bar: Either stationary or portable. Sound quality is good and loud. It looks stylist and the size fits my kitchen next to google home mini perfectly. Price is very nice for under $35.Cons:No toslink (optical) support. My TV only supports optical output so I cannot use it with my TV. The base is OK but not deep. (No complain for the price I paid. ) There's a slight latency for the sound to come out. Because of this I won't be able to sync all my music across all rooms.I paired it with my google home mini and it's definitely an upgrade.

This was by far one of the Best purchases I have ever made. The sound quality is insane, and the price was out of this world. Definitely recommend this. So easy to set up so easy to use and carry with you.

I have a jury-rigged "TV" that uses an old computer monitor (no speakers) and an Amazon Fire Stick for streaming and some old desktop speakers, but there was no remote. I got this unit so we could change volume and mute from the kitchen table. (It might have been better to buy the Roku device that has the built in mute. Fire Stick does not.) For this purpose it's fine. in fact i was able to attach it to my laptop outdoors to play DVDs at a display booth that had no power. I did not try the Bluetooth part, but it seems like it would fine.BEWARE! There are several similar units available that DON'T have remotes, but he description says it DOES. The first one i bought SAID it had a remote, but the photos did NOT show one. I believed the description. it came with no remote and i returned it for a replacement. the second one had no remote either. The description was just wrong.

Need a speaker to improve the sound of my tv. It does work, but not as high as my expectation. I know it’s a cheap speaker, but compare to another mini speaker from Oontz which is only $24, the sound is better and thicker than this one. I wouldn’t return it to find another one cause the shape looks pretty good with my TV. You can check the video I uploaded to see if it corresponds to your need.

The Bluetooth works great, the plug in Port broke the first time I plugged in a cord from my computer. Now I have to buy a BT adapter for my PC, to use this speaker.

I got this for my Vizio 32" tv, which has very poor sound (buzzy, fuzzy). It is easy to connect and set up. The sound quality seems good and clear. I turn it on with the dial on the side and set the sound about at the level that I like, then fine tune the sound using the remote as I'm watching the movie/show/tv. The first remote did not work but I contacted the company and they sent me a new one. I have not tried the Bluetooth function to play music. I only use it when I'm watching TV. It is a good value.
