Does what is says...
I have mixed feelings about this EQ wedge. Whilst the build quality appeared good, the various set screws and adjusters are not the best quality. To reduce any slop, you have to almost over-tighten them, which will only introduce problems with further slop and accuracy down the line. I swapped the ones I was unhappy with for better quality fixings and am now happy. Took a few mins and well worth the effort.

average
Average piece of junk. It works... the 0 - 90 deg latitude scale is printed on the wrong side. Not great in terms of stability and steadiness. What I hear is that William Optics make a better wedge... that's the one to go for.

Dire
This is the ultimate symbol of poor engineering. Unless you're planning to use it to mount a feather, do yourself a favour and keep your money to spend on something excellent like the Williams Optics wedge. Talk about chalk and cheese! My skywatcher az-gti mount has also died after hardly any use. I pulled it apart to find shocking engineering - bits of metal grinding into the terribly designed bearing surfaces. No rescuing it... To the bin. I'm avoiding all skywatcher equipment like the plague after being burnt twice now. Pros None really... Cheap but can you really define something as cheap if it's a waste of your money?! Cons Not designed to hold any weight well. Polar alignment is appalling as once aligned, if you try to lock the alignment, it puts it out of alignment. Very poor meshing of gears.

Using this wedge to modify my Seestar to Eq mode for my Manfrotto tripod. Works as expected. 👌

Excelente producto.

First, let me say this is a great product! I have bought two of them so far. I use it to mount my Seestar and Dwarf telescopes in EQ orientation. IT COMES WITH THE SADDLE DOVETAIL so you'll be ready to go as soon as you get it (the Dwarf has a smaller hole in the bottom so you'll need a 1/4 -> 3/8 adaptor). It is very sturdy and a perfect match for the Sky Watcher Star Adventurer tripod. The adjustment knobs are easy to use for fast polar alignment. If you're on the fence about buying this, just do it. You won't regret it.
