Nature's Sunshine Passion Flower, 100 Capsules

I have back problems and my doctor suggested this as a method of reducing my pain. I can't say that it works as well as a prescription muscle relaxant, but it does help significantly, especially if paired with otc. pain meds such as ibuprophen. Definitely recommend.

I have used this product over the years many several times when I am experiencing anxiety and a lot of worry. It always helps me calm down and not worry about whatever is going on. My mind is clear and I am able to handle things rationally in times of despair.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping this helps me a lot along with some magnesium and I'm pretty comfortable. I don't toss and turn in bed like I used to. Amazon runs out of this alot.
