Fast, Great Product

I buy 3 unit of these..one stop working only the second day of being used. I even didn't play nothing, I just installed some app like Video Player and Office. And then the light turn light blue, no video signal, I unplugged from the power supply and reconnect it and never work again. I try to reset the unit using the button inside the Video Port. Nothing. I try the power supply in other unit and work fine..The other 2 are working but I don't know how long gonna be. The remote is a mess, to hard to use plus don't come with no manual. The Box also don't have good support, is for advance user who know how to use the Android Box. if you are new in this.. avoid this trash, you will kill your brain trying how to figure out how to make it work, Don't waste your time trying to call Customer Service..is China..no answer for this product. I just wanna know who I gonna get my refund for the unit that I lost...is just a piece of plastic with come circuit inside..
