Sticks glass to glass
My use:I needed a glue to stick glass to glass to make some Christmas tree glass tealight holders for an upcoming craft fair (see photos).I wanted something that was clear, set strong, wasn't going to fail, and was easy to use.Adhesion:I tried Loctite XL which initially stuck glass to glass immediately and I was impressed, however after leaving for 24 hours, and barely touching it, the glue bond between 2 glass pieces failed. Glue was however still stuck to the back of the glass tree part and took a lot of effort to remove.- After talking to another glass artist, she recommended this stuff. As you can see from the photos there isn't much contact between the glass pieces, with a slight lean between the pieces due to the tealight part. The pieces have stuck so well that upon me pulling strongly on the pieces to test that the bond wasn't going to break over time like the Loctite did, it broke the glass tree part in half with the 2 glass pieces remaining stuck together where I had glued them.Colour:I had originally asked questions on amazon about this product but couldn't get a clear answer to if it stuck glass to glass and some had suggested it had a yellow hue which was off-putting.Transparency needed to be maintained since the piece would be lit by a tealight candle.I can confirm that so far the glue has remained perfectly clear and isn't visible.Ease of use:This is a little harder to use than the Loctite XL as you damp one surface with water and place the pieces together and have to hold them in place with other objects (or masking tape) as the pieces will drift over time. There is no instant stick like with the loctite. Because of this I may well use a drop of loctite to help initially stick the piece in place surrounded by a lot more of this glue. The lack of instant stick made it harder for me to glue the pieces since the tealights had a lean to them so were prone to moving about. The nozzle comes sealed so you have to slice it off with a knife. Since the diameter is pretty big (unlike smaller superglue bottles and tubes) a fair bit can come out and it's not very viscous i.e. it runs out quite easily. It does come with a plastic lid so give the nozzle a wipe before sealing it.Value:I wanted a big bottle as I had about 100 Christmas tree tealights to make. I am loathed to pay £3 per 3g therefore I was very pleased to pay £10 for 170ml.Would I recommend?Absolutely. I've never had anything stick as strong.

This stuff is really good and works on brick....
I have a brick wall in the garden that is topped off with bricks face up, a number of which laminated during the recent cold spell and I was faced with having to cut out thirty bricks and replace or find a cheaper easier process. I decided to try this glue after reading the feedback and am very glad I did.Firstly I carefully removed the thin laminated brick pieces and brushed clean both surfaces. I then applied the glue to one surface. It is fairly thick and doesnt run away like some other super glues. I used a clean rag to clear away any excess and then stuck the two surfaces together. The instructions say to apply pressure for at least 2 hours at room temperature. As the outside temperature was 11 DegC and just above zero over night I rigged up some wooden blocks and put weight on top of these with spare bricks and left for 2 days in all. One point you need to ensure is that whatever you put on the surface there is no excess glue around otherwise this will stick that with the same effect. The final result was brilliant, everything stuck really well and is waterproof so future frosts should not be an issue. The plan now is to slowly do the remainder of the laminated bricks which will require another tube or two - but at £10 or so a tube the overall cost is still low and time invested minimal. Only issue I could see in using this glue is that in certain situations the application of pressure to aid in setting/going off may not be possible which would I think impact its effectiveness.

Old Reliable - My Favourite Craft Glue.
I would have loved if it included a little piping nozzle that could be screwed on to allow for a more precise flow or application. Overall its a great product, reliably good, I know where I stand with it and this is the first time I purchased a large bottle, usually I went for the small one but I have so much confidence in this now that it was worth the investment. I use it for deco craft (sticking charms, flatback gems & pearls to decorate storage cases & such).

Excellent
Does what it says. Bonds most things if you follow the instructions. I re-joined my shoe to the sole, and have walked about on it happily since. Fixed a lamp stand too.

Works well
Great apart from the top all wells harden and it has to be be broken to get to the glue but it does work well

Lots of glue for the price but not very strong
I bought this I had heard it was really strong. It is n't. I'd say its about the same strength as some cheap super glue I got in £1 land. There is a lot of it for the money but it is probably more suited to crafting than actual repairs. Very runny and drips down the side of the bottle when used.Rather disappointing.
