The item is shipped in both, an display box and a shipping box. I would definitely recommend this item, I have it and I LOVE it.

It comes with anchors and screws but it also mounts on a standard wall telephone jack.

Q: Do you sell the handset and spiral cord seperately? I need a new one for mine.

You can buy another spiral cord , not sure about the handset .
