This ramp is a great price and a asset to my way of life right now. I have never had a hitch attach to any car I have owned, I didn't know that a hitch was required in order to mount the ramp to my truck but, that's on me...LOL!!! I order this ramp expecting it to be delivered between May 23-26 as the description noted however to my surprise, I ordered this ramp on Tuesday and it was delivered the very next day on Wednesday... how AWESOME is that!!! I am a "prime member" true enough but, that was unbelievable and totally deserving of a 5 star rating. I had the ramp installed on Thursday by U-Haul only because I didn't know where else to go and they were a bit pricey for the installation. But, RAMP KING has a great product and AMAZON was AWESOMELY TIMELY in the delivery...GREATJOB YOU GUYS!!!

This was a great buy but it isn't as sturdy as I would have hoped. When in the up/folded position it wobbles and makes a lot of noise. In the down position it is much sturdier and it does come with an anti-wobble device though I didn't need it to make it any sturdier. The reflectors are very sensitive as I leaned this product up while putting it together and cracked one of them. Not a huge issue for me as it only cracked the corner but keep this in mind when handling the product. I like the handle on the ramp/gate, it allows for easy handling.

the ramp king arrived put together easily. the only thing it needs is a piece of metal hinged on the end of the loading ramp.it makes loading real easy .by the way this is three of these i have got one more is harassment...................

Perfect to transport a wheelchair until I invest in an electric lift.

This is a great product, I'm very happy with it. It was described accurately and easy to assemble. The only complaint I have, and it's minor, was the directions that come with it were not easy to read and the illustrations were not clear. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this product. Note: In order to make this rack completely secure while on your hitch you must use the stabilizer that comes with it.

overall it is good the only thing the hitch bar should have been solid steel because it ben's when traveling back & forth in good you haul hitch WRONG SIZE HITCH BAR FOR HOLE EXCELLENT DELIVERY FROM AMAZON

This is a heavy item. I bought it for my parents vehicle spacific. We had to buy longer bolts to fit their vans frame. I'm somewhat mechanically inclined and I did it right.

Arrived early and assembled myself with no problems. Assembly pictures could be a little bigger.
