This is a useful beginner to intermediary book. I think the only thing that surprised me out of this book was the use of dehydrated apples. Other than that I had been searching for more advanced knowledge to address some of the problems I’ve come into contact with in my own practice. Like how do you gather just enough to ensure that you don’t injure the plant. How to forage responsibly so you don’t take too much from nature. If I’m using things from my own garden, when in it’s growth is it ready to harvest? THE BOOK DOES NOT ADDRESS THIS. But the photos and the descriptors are great. It didn’t offer as much instruction and tips as I would’ve hoped. I plan to give this to someone else who is just starting with some cleansing. And I’ll keep searching.

I was very apprehensive to purchase a book without being able to thumb through but I am very satisfied with my find. This book is absoulutely a great add to my collection of self care. The author was very to the point in a very subtle and knowledgeable straight forward manner,lovely photography with instructions. I recommend

Absolutely beautiful book! I have been creating my own bundles for awhile now. This book has such beautiful photography of the bundles. P.S. Just buy the damn book and don’t even second guess yourself about it.
