Put this in powder room. Faucet is beautiful, and the quality got the price is excellent. However, the experience was annoying. The valve stem for the hot water must have had some type of defect, because we could not get it to stop dripping. My husband knows what he is doing, and could not figure it out. We tried to contact the company with the email provided, and did NOT get a response after several tries. Since I really, really liked how it looked, we ordered a SECOND one, just to get a new valve stem. Not the best solution, but the price for this quality was doable for us (it cost less than what it is currently selling for). One other thing - it comes with H and C tabs, which fit into the tops of the handles in a little recessed spot. The hot tab fit perfectly, but the cold tab did no quite fit -it was a bit to big, and kept popping out. It eventually disappeared, but because we had the second faucet, we could replace it. Would have been supremely annoying to be left with that hole at the top of the handle. Again, not a great experience, but seems to be the exception. The faucet is lovely, solid brass, heavy, sturdy. We had bad luck, and unfortunately got no response from the company.

I do love the look of these faucets and, overall, the faucet appears to be a very quality product, except for the stick on hot/cold buttons. They just aren't going to stay looking nice very long, nor are they going to adhere well over time because water and adhesive don't play well over time. JUST A HEADS UP** There is no way to get hot/cold replacement stickers. I ordered three of these faucets. They are supposed to come with two sets of stickers as stated in the description and you can see them in the pictures, one set of red/green and one set of white that say hot/cold. I got both sets in two of my faucet boxes, but the other one only had the red/green buttons. I wanted the white buttons. I did contact the seller, who in turn reached out to the manufacturer, and I was told that there is no way to send me any replacement buttons. If the manufacturer were willing to supply replacements, I would have gladly given this faucet five stars.

We have had this faucet for two years now and we loved the look and for the price it seemed unbeatable. Just last week we noticed a leak coming from the faucet. So I took it a part and there seems to be a failure in the cartridge on the cold side. Obviously there are no replacement parts for this faucet. The price and quality seem great, but you pay for everything at the end. Better to go with a well known brand that will last longer.

I would have loved to give this a 5-star rating. It’s gorgeous! But there seems to be a flaw in the water flow. I’m not exactly sure what’s wrong, but I think the screen in the faucet maybe gets out of place and causes the water to spray out wildly. I have to poke the screen with my finger to return the smooth normal flow. There seems to be no way to permanently fix this problem. I just tap the little screen whenever it happens. This happens with both of these faucets I purchased for 2 bathrooms. So this appears to be a flaw in the design, not a one-off issue.

I am sad. I bought this and it is lovely, looks great and works great. No better value and quality for the $. However I am sad because the HOT white tag came off the faucet and it is gone. I cannot find a replacement part anywhere and nine of the big box stores have anything to fit. Now I have a hole where the rage should be. Still nice but not as pretty anymore because all you see is the hole. If anyone can help me to locate a replacement option for the HOT tag I would appreciate it. Can’t find anything on the internet anywhere:(

Has a classic look to it, and such a great price. Only disappointed in two things; it doesn't come with a pull for the drain nor does it come with the drain itself. So we had to buy a pop up drain separately which was kinda pricey. But still happy with the price and style.

I love this faucet however the hot label came off and went down the drain. I have seen this in many reviews. No one can seem to get in touch with the company to get replacement labels and I just spent an hour in a chat with amazon to no avail. If this company cares at all please see this and let me know how I can get replacement labels

Originally I really liked! The look and quality seemed good but now owning for 2 years I wouldn’t re purchase only because the little hot and cold signs fall off and get lost and no way to replace them… have to repurchase a whole new one.
