The squared corners on reverse polarity won’t fit the Zamp port on camper which is radiuses. Anybody else have that issue?

I also have this issue. ZAMP roof port connector needs to have rounded edges, see their part ITC1001. My upfitter finally installed panels after ordering your part last Apr 8th and found out these won't fit, any way I can return these?
