** EDIT **I am changing my review to 4 stars for the sole fact of customer service. They read my review of their case and decided to send me another case of similar style but one that fully protects my screen; included was a 1 page letter which was a pleasant surpise. I am currently in the process of trying it out and seem to like it so far. Any customer service that takes the time to read reviews is a plus in my book** ORIGINAL **I am only giving this case 2 stars because I like the design... Otherwise it would be 1 star. I am not sure if it is just poor craftsmanship, but the case provides enough lift at the top but slims down as you get down to the charging port. There is no clearance when I get to the bottom. So when I lay my phone face down the screen touches whatever surface it is on at the bottom.This is very disappointing because I really like the design. The top and bottom parts are two different colors and they sit flush together when there is no card, which is how I planned on using it.The price of this case vs the price of my phone vs the amount of other cases on amazon for this price or less... Reluctantly I will be returning this one.

Overall, the case is a great design that I really enjoy. For the most part, it checks a lot of boxes for me when looking for a premium phone case:* Slim form factor* Comfortable to hold* Provides good grip* Avoids all the problems with fingerprints that TPU and tempered glass cases suffer* No-bulk pocket that can hold a card (perfect for carrying an ID when going to the gym and leaving my wallet at home)* Buttons on the case are metallic and have good tactile feedback (very clicky)The only downside to the case is the very minimal protection it provides. There is a slight lip at the top of the case, but hardly any at the bottom two corners. You'll basically put half the screen on the table whenever your phone is faced down. I did keep the factory installed screen protector on my S10+, so this issue doesn't bother me as much as it could.I do want to point out that the card pocket is not the easiest to access due to the slim design. Though, I think its a worthwhile trade-off because the case looks seamless when it isn't carrying a card.Ultimately, I'd give this case a 4.5 if I could. I think increasing the lip of the case should be relatively straightforward to do in future iterations. Definitely going to consider Dockem for future phones.

Since the release of the S10+ I've tried multiple cases, ranging from the clear TPU cases, Tempered Glass Back cases, a wooden case, and a handful of heavy-duty cases and so far, the Dockem Luxe N1 is my favorite case of them all.Pros:+ Far grippier than the naked S10+, I have never felt like the case would slip out of my hands, compared to how slippery the phone feels without any case or skin on it+ Aside from just being grippier, the case feels nice and premium in the hand+ It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone, especially compared to standard TPU cases, now you're definitely trading off some impact protection but I never felt like my phone would be dead if I dropped it with the case on+ Buttons! The case actually has raised plastic buttons on the side, compared to TPU cases where the "buttons" are just indents in the frame of the case, meaning that your buttons will retain that sweet, sweet clickiness that the stock buttons haveCons:- The case is technically a "wallet" case but even with one card only in it, it feels like a very tight fit for the card and can be a bit of a pain to remove/insert the card- The bottom of the case doesn't have individual cutouts for the headphone jack, USB port, or microphone/speaker, instead it just has one large cutout for all of them, this could be seen as a pro if you have particularly fat headphones or USB plugs but for me it's a bit of a negative since you're losing some protection at the bottomOverall, I'm very happy with this case and would absolutely recommend it to anybody with a Galaxy S10+ who wants a slim, functional, and clean looking case that feels good in the hand!

I've been using this case for a couple weeks now and I think I've generated a solid opinion on what I like/dislike.My favorite parts are that it supports wireless charging even with a single credit card in the slot, and that it holds a card. Has a good grip and feels like wax rubbed jeans.My least favorite thing this case is the protection it offers. It's got the corners and back covered, but the bottom and face are very vulnerable. Galaxy S10 has a curved screen, and makes it hard to lift the sides of the case to protect the screen. This decision had a purpose so nothing wrong with that. Regarding the bottom of the case, I can think of a few reasons it was designed this way, such as the speaker/microphone, charging slot, and audio port present, and you make holes for those slots, the case is thinned out in an area and then the case material will fall apart much faster in those areas.Overall this case is designed to be a slim wireless charging wallet case that doesn't interfere with how you use your phone, but protection is limited.Would suggest not to be flimsy or careless when pulling your phone out with this case on.

this phone case is awesome! I've had it for a few months now, and the quality has held up pretty well (save a few scuffs along the edges.) This phone case isn't made for heavy-duty, but for what it's worth, it is pretty amazing. It's aesthetically awesome, and now for the best part: the buttons are actually tactile! it's almost like pressing the regular buttons on the phone, not mushy at all. So happy to see this on a case after going through so many phone cases that completely ruin the feel and usability of the side buttons. Highly recommended!

I specifically bought this so I can use an L-shaped USB connector. Because it is open at the bottom, I can easily plug in any kind of USB to it.The case isn't bulky and it is tough. It can definitely withstand scratches. I'm not entirely sure about impact on drops though. The case provides me a good grip for my phone. I have a curved glass protector for my S10+ and this case doesn't overlap with that. The fit is absolutely perfect.The card sleeve at the back can be used for 1-2 cards. I'd follow the vendor's advice of just using it for 1 card because it is quite tight for 2. That said, I am not worried that that 1 card will slide out in any moment. It's pretty secure there.

I was riding my motorcycle when I caught a bump and my phone flew out of my pocket. I was hopeless when went back to picking up the supposed broken pieces, but I ended up picking up a perfectly working phone with just an almost invisible scratch on the screen. I must say that I have no screen protector of any kind, not even one of those films.
