Picture shows one but not in description.** A: Yes, key lock will secure all drawers. **Q: How many keys comes with the item?** A: Two keys **Q: Does it have a system to keep the files in place? Does it have good inside room considering the outside dimension?** A: It does have some things to keep files in place but they aren't very user friendly. I don't use them. It has rails on the side for hanging folders which is what I use. It's perfect for everyday home use. Letter size though. **Q: can an A4 page be stored in a Letter size file cabinet?** A: You could probably make it work, but is not ideal. The cabinet is designed for 8.5 x 11 inch paper (although the drawers are bit bigger than that). A4 is about 8.27 X 11.69 inches. I have a couple of drawers of sheet music in my cabinet. Some of my music is oversized and is closer to the A4 size. I put the papers in folders because they bend to fit in the drawer. The books also bend as you are fitting 11.69 inches into about 11.25 inches. It works just fine for me, but I would reconsider if all of your papers are A4.
