Not bad. This was one of the better deals at the time of purchase. I wanted to just give it a shot, while understanding it probably would not be a drastic change foe me. I kept my expectations low and my hopes high. I have noticed an increase of overall energy and a slight increase in muscle tone. I don't know if any of the brands can perform how they claim but this fell short.
