## Questions & Answers

**Q: I need 8 bulbs now for a job but I purchase a box with 12 bulbs; how long can I retain the rest unused?**
A: for as long as you want -- they will now belong to you. They won't expire or rot and no one will come to get them from you.

**Q: One light does not work after installing what should I do?**
A: I thought mine didn’t work when I was halfway through an install of 3 of 6 on the same circuit. When I flipped on the switch, my 3 new lights didn’t come on but the 3 old did. I realized I had the dimmer switch at the lowest setting and all I had to do was raise the dimmer level. I realized the new lights worked superior with the dimmer going from zero to full bright, wherever I preferred. My old style “dimmable” LED bulbs didn’t have the same fullness of dimmer range. The full set of 6 working awesome.

**Q: what type of dimmer is compatible? I've got 6 lights that I'd like to control with one dimmer**
A: I have 6 on 1 and 8 on another as even with that at 13W each its 78W total for 6 and 104W for 8. I was able to use my existing dimmers. You can buy specific dimmers for LED lights but I didn't and they work fine. Hope this helps.

**Q: What is the CRI?**
A: 90
