I have plenty of road trips for work where I couch surf instead of paying for a hotel. I also have a tendency to pack an inflatable pad and sleep on the floor rather than taking a bed if I’m staying in a hotel with colleagues. (I’m unabashedly cheap; what can I say?) I picked this bag up because it was much smaller and lighter than the mummy bag I’ve used for camping for years, plus I needed something lighter for when I’m camping in the summer (in Texas).This bag definitely gives me the foot room that a mummy bag doesn’t, and it’s super easy to vent your feet as much or as little as they need. …but I also wanted to be able to roll over easier, and this bag (kinda) doesn’t do that. I’m not a huge guy, but I’m not small, either. At 6’2” 205 lbs I have plenty of height in the bag, but it gets a bit tight around my torso. If my arms are down at my side the bag is almost pulled tight around me; I can’t have my arms crossed across my chest. …but I’m not sure how much of a problem that actually is, in practice.Remember, the bag is more than long enough for me. I can be inside *and* tuck a pillow in the top and my feet still have room. So what I find is that more often I unzip the whole bag, use it as a blanket, and tuck the edges underneath me. Most blankets are pulled tight on me if I tuck them both over the top of my shoulders and under my feet. This thing just fits. You can still regulate your temp well and it tucks underneath enough that you still have almost 360 degree coverage. …but at the end of the day I now only have a really useful blanket, not a sleeping bag. This may be a problem next summer when I want it for camping over my mummy bag again. We’ll see.

Used this for camping on a -strangely- cold Northern Michigan August weekend (went do to 50°F/9C°). Definitely good for anything down to freezing temps as I was quite warm at 50°, but -as advertised- probably not good for anything in the sub-zero range. Carry bag is large enough to actually let you fold this sleeping bag back up and put it back into the carrier, unlike some other bags by other brands, with ease. Stitching and zipper quality seem good enough for most weekend campers.I'd trust this to keep me warm for most 3 season camping conditions in Michigan with a caveat: I'd suggest a ground mat or a cot under it as the padding doesn't feel like it would retain heat comfortably in Spring or Fall months if the weather is close to freezing. For 50°? Yeah, it's going to be fine.If you only camp in warm weather, this will do fine.

Exactly as described. I am 6'3" and i fit nicely in this sleeping bag. Had a 3 degree C night and it was a bit cool. We will only use for summer so will be great for that.

This camping bag is great. The storage bag it comes with is perfect for carrying and storing when not in use. Good quality

The size is big enough and much better than routine sleeping bags. Quality is also quite good and I find is warm as well. Can be used in all 3 seasons upto max of 0 - 5C but not less than that

This sleeping bag “adapts ” to the temperature outside and stays cool in warmer weather.Stores nicely and doesn’t take up much space.My grandson likes the camouflage colour ! Well received, thanks.
