I use these for shoe & boot maintenance. Sneakers, dress shoes, both work & church boots. I don’t have a designated brush for each task because I clean afterwards. The horsehair bristles are key in allowing me to clean without leaving any residue. Multiple colors of shoe polish, saddle soap, mink oil, MGK for sneakers all come off with warm water & agitation. I really dig the size because these are bigger than my previous ones, but not too big. I’ve only had them a few months but they seem to be well made & aren’t showing signs of poor quality. Perfect tool for my needs.

They arrived on time and were pretty goos however a few bristles came out. But it was a small project so no big deal.

Perfect for cleaning saddles

Looks like quality for the price. They are soft enough not to scratch the leather yet supple enough to enable access to the crevices. Used to apply to my better quality dress shoes and another to apply protective Mink oil to my leather outdoor boots.

Brushes worked well on leather and held up under heavy use.

I bought this 3 brush pack for boot maintenance. One for saddle soap, another for conditioner, and the last for polishing the boots.1

So, yeah...good "value" for the money...these are essentially one step above disposable. Much smaller brush area, which "could" have been nice, if the handle was scaled properly. These are good for small brushes, however the image implies they are full-sized shoe brushes. Spend a little more, and get a full sized brush that will last you years. Would be unfair to rate at 1-star, just because they are tiny.
