I work at a kids toy store and we carry the family friendly version. Sometimes my coworkers and I will pull it out and ask each other the questions on the cards. I got the nsfw version to play with my friends and it is SOOOOO fun. The questions are very invasive and I can't wait to see just how much we can let slip! Don't play this version with family, most of the questions are sexual (which is what makes it perfect for groups of 20-somethings)

Player Ten makes incredible NSFW games, all of which are great for adult game nights. Brain Freeze is the latest of their games I’ve tried, and I kid you not when I say it was an instant hit. It’s a fast-paced game where, simply put, the first person to answer the card candidly wins. (There are rules and more structured game play, but that’s the gist if you’re wondering why it’s called Brain Freeze. Don’t freeze up or the other person will win!)The cards were fun, with some being way more risqué than others. It was an exciting blend and it meant everyone had to pay attention in case it was their term to duel.All in all, Brain Freeze is an amazing game to add to your next boozy (or sober!) game night. Take this from someone who is a tough critic, and very rarely reviews things. :)

When purchasing, I actually had no idea these were the same creators as The Voting Game. I would have purchased just for that reason.This game was super simple to set up and play - did so over the weekend at a friend’s birthday.It reminded me a bit of an old card game, I think it was called heart attack or something. Very fun and silly cards.I would personally advise playing during a boozy game night because let’s be real, playing while a little buzzed makes everything exponentially more fun and funny. Trying to be quick while also a bit tipsy makes for some great moments.

I have a group of friends that plays games together on a weekly basis and we were in need of a new party game. We play The Voting Game regularly as well as Slide Into the DM‘s and games of that nature. This one is new and really fun to play. Some of the questions were ghastly but they made us all laugh and get to know one another more for better or worse. There is a newly engaged couple in our group that learned some new things about one another…It’s a commitment and long but fun I’d you’re willing to be outrageous.

Probably best with a group you’re not related to. It’s a lot like Never Have I Ever

My roommates and I played this a few nights ago for the first time and had a blast. We even played a second round. We love game nights, and this is perfect. It has a clear end, and you can get through a round quickly, especially if you play with a larger group. The game is easy to play, well built, comes in adorable packaging, and is guaranteed to give you a laugh!

Quick, easy to pickup, and FUN party games are in short supply. If you want to play a game that lets you in on some of your friends history, starts interesting conversations, and is a blast all and around. This is the one to play. A simple matching concept like Go-fish is all the skill you need to have a blast. As the circle goes around you'll have friends yelling absurd things that you'll be dying to hear more about. Recommend.

I scream ... You scream ... We all scream for Brain freeze!!! Great packaging concept. I also like that it came with a rubber band to hold the playing cards together! Have yet to play but had a look through a few of the cards.

I can definitely recommend this fun and hilariously inappropriate game for your next adults only night out, however I can definitely caution that this is not intended for play when there are kids around! The questions that these cards ask you to consider are inappropriate at times, and just plain hilarious at others. So far we have played this with 4-6 people, but the container says that you can play with up to 10 people.My only complaint about this game is the fact that it is in an ice-cream style container. Fun and quirky? Yes! But does it fit well with my other stackable board games? Not entirely. The small size makes it easy to misplace as well.
