For the right fit, measure from base of palm to tip of longest finger. Available in buckle or velcro. Sizes: size 00: up to 5 1/2"; size 0: 5 1/2" to 6"; size 1: 6"-6 1/2"; size 2: 6 1/2"-7 1/4"; size 3: 7 1/4" and up. Please remember that all grips come with the same size finger holes.
