After many hours and months sitting on this cushion, I'm so pleased with my purchase. I read reviews that suggested it is small but I don't sit on a zafu like I sit on a bar stool when I'm chugging bear. I'm much more nuanced and use and edge of the zafu as I sit in the Burmese style of cross-legged sitting. This zafu is firm and gives me plenty of lift to allow my pelvis to rock forward and my back to remain straight. I will be spending many more hours on this cushion as I continue to explore the universe within.

I sit on the floor a lot, and this has been a game-changer. It keeps my bum from getting sore and legs from falling asleep, even through a full-length movie. I know I'm supposed to be meditating on it or something, but it is really just a great, sturdy, durable, thick cushion. It tucks under a side table and out of sight when I'm not using it, but it actually just looks like a kind of heavy throw pillow, so no need to hide it. I love this thing. It's my preferred seating.

The filling is a non-traditional material. If you're expecting the feel of kapok or buckwheat this will feel different. After sitting on it a few times, though, it turns out to be pretty comfortable, with a good balance between firm and soft. The craftsmanship isn't great, as they're not really rounded, but that's mostly cosmetic. For the cost, it's a fair deal. I'm giving it three stars rather than four because it's 13", not 15", as advertised, and depending on the person that can make a big difference.

Item arrive misshapen with the inner stuffing caught in the zipper. Item appears to be over-stuffed; I'm considering stuffing it with something else to make it more comfortable to sit on. All things considered, it's a good price, but it seems like the specific one I got was quickly thrown together.

Comfortable and well constructed, works great for me, but larger individuals may find it too small

I didn't find it very comfortable. My legs would fall asleep for some reason after 10 minutes of sitting on it.

Mine does not appear to have a carry handle...Cushion is a little stiff but will hopefully fluff up.

I did a comparison between sitting on this zafu pillow and placing a trow pillow from my bed against a wall with my back against the throw pillow. I had a similar expereince with both pillows, but the throw pillow was MORE comfortable for my 15 minute sessions. And since I already owned the throw pillo total cost was free. I am going to stick with using my throw pillow and return this zafu. Perhaps I will try the buckwheat filled one in the future.
