Cheap junk
I purchased this item to run my security camera that is designed to run from 12 volt dc. The power supply failed when I recently plugged it into a connector of my security camera. The failure came with a pop and flash. I cracked open the case to find burnt components. Thankfully, any other equipment is not getting damaged. This is cheap junk.
