WORST ITEM TO BUY!!
I bought this on my assumption that it was a current as far as equipment and compatible with current software WOW!!! was I surprised and disappointed not only was it not but a professional high tech expert recently informed me that they no longer make nor provided the support to connect to the computer and that basically it is outdated plus it had no memory drive which I had to install afterward and I was told to get a must better DVR as this will not serve my need. What a waste especially after spending a few hundred dollars not to mention the selling ethics of the seller stay away from unless you want to get burned like me.
