The wire for the "neck" portion of this clip is very difficult to bend. It isn't like a bendy-straw type pattern, where you can bend and unbend. This feels more like it's a thick metal wire in the middle, so to bend it is awkward and then to un-bend when you want to reposition the camera, becomes difficult. Once you've positioned the camera a few places, even if you try to straighten the thing out again, you'll end up with several kinks in the neck part of this clip anyhow.The clip itself, uses a spring which is quite tight, and that's slightly problematic if you're trying to clip it onto a surface that is a little delicate; a monitor for example. The clip has a certain distance from the tip to the spring, and even if you try to clip it to your monitor such that the clip doesn't damage the screen, will slide because of the weight of the rest of the item, and the clip will wind up pinching your screen anyhow.

The concept of this product is great, but the execution is not. The flexible part of this item is extremely difficult to position. I actually had to push it into a countertop and use my full weight to straighten out. There is no need for a device that holds a phone that weighs a few ounces to need that much force to adjust it. The part that holds the phone gripped it well, but it could not be tightened enough to keep it from flopping over. The only thing that was good was the clamp. It was a good size to clamp on my desk (3/4" thick), did not require brute strength to manipulate, and stayed secure. Unfortunately, it doesn't do what I need it to do so I am returning it.

The arm is super industrial strength, which is great. The clip is plastic. So when you combine a super strength arm with a plastic clip... there's a crack. I don't think this thing lasted a day. And the piece that holds the phone doesn't tighten accurately.

I wrote to the people over at Litop because the ring that connects the clip to the arm broke after I pulled on it while not paying attention and they sent me another ring (and clip) for free! Communication was fast and delivery from overseas took about a week. Love these guys and I'd rate the product a 5/5 too works great

Great product, You will need to have a good place to attach it, is really long and it moves everywhere, if the only thing you need is to keep your phone in place this is a nice product.

Broke after a month

I use it cause I am very lazy and want to watch movies from my iPhone! It works well for what I am doing!
