Prairie View IndustriesSL536 Solid Ramp, 5 ft x 36 in

This ramp is exactly what I need. It was easy to install and looks great. It has only been installed for 12 days and has only had foot traffic so far and the black no slip material is coming off in two places. The spots are small (size of a dime and other is about 3" long and 1/4" wide along the edge) but I'm concerned because it's only been 12 days and I'm afraid it's going to get worse.

It should be perfect for what I need. However in shipping the box was ripped open and it didn’t come with any bolts or locking pins.
