Great tasting product for a great price. This salt is amazing and is a coarse enough grind to where you can still grind it down further or use in marinades, brines, or simply season. Sometimes I prefer a more coarse grind when seasoning overnight or in a sous vide as to allow it to continue to contribute over a longer period of time.

It's pretty hard to get salt wrong, so no complaints since I received salt. I purchased this product specifically for its large quantity at a value price point. As for the quality of the product, spoiler alert, it tastes like salt. Overall, I'd easily recommend this product.

Tastes great and looks amazing in my salt grinder. The salt chunks are fairly large but I’ve had no problem grinding them up. Will buy more.

The salt tastes good. The most important thing about the salt. The grind of the salt was good.The first BIG draw back is that the container is created with cheap plastic. This is causing a bad smell when opening the container. But if you transfer the salt to a different container, the smell will stop.The second BIG draw back is that the containers were not properly sealed. On some of the pictures presented by buyers, I saw that the container lid had a clear plastic shrink wrap. Mine was missing. I wouldn't have mind this if the second sealed wasn't missing under the lid. The lid did have some material that helped prevent the salt from escaping but the salt wasn't sealed as shown in the demo video. It looks like some moister got in as a few clumps of salt is visible.At least the lid wasn't broken during shipment. Might consider a different provider if this vendors doesn't start (1) sealing their containers and (2) use better material for the container.

Put in a grinder is you want fine particles or use as is in boiling water. Use to get rid of sore throats with water.
