I’ve wanted one of these name necklaces to layer with other chains for so long. I went with my nickname. I’m so impressed with the quality. I’ve only worn it for a few hours & I’ve already gotten so many compliments. I love that it comes with a soft buttoned pouch for traveling / storage too. Very nice!

I ordered six of these necklaces for a SATC Bridal party theme, as gifts. I picked these over others because each necklace also incorporates a crystal somewhere in the name that is the birthstone for the recipients' birth month, and the pictures showed a generous chain. For $25 dollars I wasn't expecting to be wowed, but I was hopeful. I sent the order in and was given a delivery date about 5 business days away. This was good timing for the party. I received updates that promised delivery by 8pm last night; however I noticed on the tracking updates that the items were not out for delivery. Then later last night I learned that the delivery date had been delayed until one day after the wedding! I was NOT happy. But today I received all 6 necklaces this afternoon. And the quality appears to be excellent. I am very pleased with everything except for the blue suede pouch each arrived in. Initially I thought it was a nice touch, and they are generous in size, but most are either slightly dingy/dirty or creased, so I will use my own gift boxes. Other than that, I'm very pleased. They're gorgeous.

The item is just as shown in photo. Length is accurate and it doesn’t change. Very durable and the charms are cute. Definitely inlove with this customization.

I bought this for my 9 year old granddaughter and it is really nice looking it looks like real gold and it is a bit substantial I was surprised of course she loves it

It took a while to get here but that was given because of the custom. It hasn’t tarnished yet but I haven’t gotten it wet, it’s short so it doesn’t tangle :). So far it’s been quite durable and I’ve been happy with it. The lettering is pretty small so with the font I chose people have to get kinda close to see what mine says. But it’s so cute.

I wanted a custom necklace and worked with this vendor for over 2 weeks to get the design details sorted out. They were very helpful and courteous every step of the way. I also ordered the case, which is very nice. It has this pillow top which is really impressive. The necklace turned out better than expected. It seems strong and shines up well.

I got both the gold and silver custom necklaces, and I’m obsessed! The designs are exactly what I wanted, and the quality is amazing on both. I love switching between the two depending on my outfit. The only downside is the packaging…it could’ve been a bit more special. Still, totally worth it for such personalized pieces and the price! I’ll update on tarnish resistance in a few weeks.
