I had 5 people at work taste this stuff and they all spit it out....all of them. So................maybe............Don't always believe every review....I did. I really thought that these would taste great per so many positive reviews. But they really are quite bad. If you've ever tasted protein drinks (not shakes...most of those are actually pretty good tasting) they all pretty much taste the same. These are wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too sweet and have a very funky after taste. This drink has a tasty almost numbing aftertaste. Now I wasted money on these and couldn't send back so tried them in a protein shake....ie, I used the FitWhey drink AS the liquid and mixed with my vanilla Isolate protein powder. It was able to mask a little of the nasty FITWHEY taste (and it IS nasty...not sure what is in it that gives the tongue a numbing feel immediately after you drink it, but it's bad) but sadly, not all of it.
