Reverie Electric Blanket | Fitted Fleece Underblanket with 2 Heat Zones | Dual Controllers | Machine Washable (Double)

I turned myself inside out looking for a decent electric blanket, lost my other somewhere so spent several weeks reading reviews and eliminating one by one until I found this blanket covered everything I wanted in an electric blanket.This EB is king size and fits my bed perfect, in fact the blanket doesn’t even feel tight, easy fits perfectNo rubbish strings to tie under a heavy mattress, this EB is very similar to a king size mattress protector.When the EB arrived wow it was heavy, so on first impressions I was immediately happy.I unfolded very carefully and placed the correct way on my bedAs I said I have a king size bed, the controls are dual, so one each side of the bed.Remember you will require two plugs, as one side will not work both sides.I fitted the controller together, a little tricky to line up, but one thing to mention, be delicate doing this, to much pressure could well damage the controller or snap it.The controller has three push up and down/ slide numbers as in 0123, or reverse.In the directions it does state to try out the EB and put on number 3 in which I did.There was no smells from the blanket being new.So how long does both sides of the bed take to warm up to three, I timed it on my recorder, to get at its hottest, took 15 minutes, maybe a little more. The heat on number three is intense, not burning intense, but yes it is very warm and cosy.I have been using every evening since I bought it, pop on three about an hour before I lie in bed watching the programmes on TV… I warm both sides as like to stretch out.o nice I get into bed, I turn down to number one. It does warm the bed considerably and I turn it off after two hours as sweating. I haven’t tried through the night as being on the menopause hot sweats keep me warm.When me and my husband watch a movie, I have my side off, and he has his on number one. I cannot feel his warmth at all which is good for me to keep cool.So for the fit of the EB, we’ll it’s great, I have a high deep base and covers my mattress really well.I am so happy I choose the sherpa EB mainly because it is like snuggling a sheep, so soft.One thing you may want to know in many questions, can you feel the wires whilst laying down, the answer is no, I cannot feel anything, very smooth.On the images in the sellers description, the pictures show the controls halfway down the bed. On my king size bed, the wire + wire is just below my pillow. However the controller is nearer the floor. When sleeping and I do Jiffle at night, I have not got tangled up. Currently using Teddy fitted sheet, pillowcases and duvet cover and cannot feel a thing. The bed to lie on is very soft and fluffy.The controller does have really good length to the bedroom plug socket, I have used a tie to keep the length how I want it, to be comfortable..Easily washed, just disconnect the wires first.I have looked at over two hundred EB and drew up a list of pros and cons from every shop online and in my local town and cities, and it came down to this and these great reviews.This EB may not be the cheapest, but it is the one I singled out as one of the best currently, the warm cosy Sherpa did it for me.I paid £66.74 I didn’t like having to pay for postage but the EB wasn’t on Prime or free delivery. Here is my breakdown..The EB total £51.99+ postage and packing £3.96+ VAT ££11.12Total to deliver £66.74However I used my voucher so I paid £46.74 which is excellent valueFabric is 100% polyesterMachine wash coolStates on the sellers description there are two heat zones, one each side as specified dualSo the big question is the electric blanket good. The answer to this is oh yesssss, it’s fantastic and a few pence to run. I have mine on six hours every night now and haven’t noticed on my smart meter any shock increases, if anything my electric has stayed the same.But guys the fleece is gorgeous believe me, this is the best EB I have ever bought so far, I bought a JL one which cost me about £150 a few years ago and wasn’t as good as this nor cost effective….If there is one thing to keep you very warm and cosy and snug, then I recommend this electric blanket.So far no issuesCan be used overnightPicking Electric blankets does take some time, and I appreciate we are all different, but I wholeheartedly recommend this one 200%, everything is 100% perfect, and the heat coming from this is glorious.Please guys, if in two minds, don’t be, go for it, you will not be disappointedComes with a standard guarantee.⭐️Thank you to the seller - fabulous blanket⭐️I hope my review helps you

It’s really good quality and it fitted on my deep mattress perfectly. I set the control to number 3 for half hour before getting into bed and it had heated up perfectly...so cozy! I am always cold so this is perfect me! I then turned the control down to number 1 and fell asleep then turned it off in the night as I was so toasty! I was going to buy the silent night electric blanket but they had sold out so although this was more expensive it was worth it. No more cold nights!

For years we kept putting off getting an electric blanket, under the stupid idea that it was for old people.We would be cold getting into bed for about 20 mins at the most.But as the weather became colder, we noticed that it was more uncomfortable and took ages to warm our feet.We decided to bite the bullet and bought the Reverie Electric Underblanket.We looked into the price and the cost of running it (2p per hour)The first night we tried it, it was fantastic. warm and comfortable. We couldn’t believe how dumb we were not having bought one earlier.We put the blanket on an hour before going to bed and turn it off when we get into bed.It can be left on during the night, but we haven’t felt the need to do that yet.A GREAT BUY AT A GOOD PRICE compared to other underblankets.😱 13.02.2023. A slight annoyance found with blanket.The connector for the power cable to the blanket is badly placed. It is in a position where you keep catching it with your elbow. It becomes annoying after a while.It’s a shame they don’t place the connector higher up the blanket using a single cable to connect it to the main warming area. Even if this meant charging an extra £1 for the extra bit of wiring.For this reaso alone. I have had to put my rating down to 4.

This is by far the best electric blanket I have ever owned. It has a nice deep skirt around, so it tucks nicely under my deep mattress and stays in place. The fleece is really comfortable and I can't feel any wires at all. It doesn't take long to heat up, and the connections are well placed so don't interfere with comfort. I would highly recommend this electric blanket. Value for money.

this blanket arrived the morning after i ordered it the day before, very prompt and efficient however rather a lot of packaging nothing breakable so really not necessary.Very very pleased with the blanket nice and easy to put on as it is fitted which i prefer to those fiddly ties on some blankets, a real kerfuffle to put on.Very reasonably priced heats quite quickly and a nice comfortable heat, certainly would buy the same again.

I bought this blanket to replace one bought from Amazon about 11 years ago which finally stopped working, and I’m delighted with the choice. Very fleecy, comfortable under a sheet and a perfect fit for the bed. Three heat settings separate on each side are adequate and quick to heat up. I have no problem with the position of the connection which is under the pillow, same as the previous blanket, and it has to go somewhere ! So far, a very worthy 5 star purchase.
