I had issues with chipping easily my initial order within the first week of getting them. And had one cup crack completely due to falling from my toddlers hands. Which was bummed about. The seller was super quick to reach out. And offered full refund and replacements! Definitely appreciate the service I received. I loved the colors and size of the cups. And my toddler even loves them so much! Excited for the replacement cups we received.

Updating my review from a few years ago! I love these cups now. After one of the first cups I ordered in 2022 broke shortly after purchase, the brand reached out with a hand written note and new cups. I thought it was a nice gesture but put it out of my mind. Well, my old review just popped back up on my app and I realized these are actually my favorite cups now! The new ones the brand sent have lasted for years (since they replaced them in 2022). We use them daily and put them through the dishwasher and they still look like they did the day we got them. These are awesome cups and I highly recommend now!—————Old review:These cups are beautiful, great size for toddlers and easy to clean. I bought them, like many others, to avoid plastic. Well, they break very easily. One drop on a hard surface and they are cracked and unusable. It's not very sustainable if they only last a few months and then end up in the trash. It's unfortunate to think that this is marketed as "better for the environment." I don't recommend these or other bamboo cups (we had the same thing happen with a different brand).

There is just one thing that could be a deal break for some.Having a little kid and expecting a baby, I was looking for plates and cups that would be durable AND not plastic. I love what the company stands for as well, so I went for it and made a purchase.We got our order and my 6y.o dropped one of the cups on the hard floor the first time of use and the cup cracked. It was very disappointing because we all were very excited to try these cups out. This shows the material is not very durable. HOWEVER, if durability is not number one factor for you to buy these, I would definitely recommend to add them to your collection. They are unique, smooth, and absolutely beautiful. Perfect size for kids as well. I would just suggest to be a little more careful while using them.Besides the product, the company’s customer service is exceptional. I would give 5 stars just for that. They have contacted me to resolve the issue very quickly and in a professional manner. I can tell they care about their product and the service they provide. On that note alone, I would support the company in a heartbeat.Overall, I do recommend the cups. I purchased them with the same color plates and spoons.

These are marketed as toddler cups, but my two-year old dropped one a pretty short distance (from her hand to the floor) and it cracked all the way down the side. I don't suggest buying them for children.

These cups are fantastic! Perfect for little kids. The material is good quality and sturdy. Colors true to advertisement!

*UPDATE- 5/4/25 We now have only one cup left after 4. I’ve contacted customer support and waiting to hear back. Will update my review if/when I hear back from them.I’ve had these for a few months and we used them with the Boon Snug Silicone Sippy Cup Tops, and they worked great! My granddaughter started using these at 11 months old, and I loved that they are light weight and easy for her little hands to hold. I’d love to give these 5 stars, but recently my granddaughter dropped one, and it was empty, and it broke in half. We hand wash them, mainly because the dishwasher is currently broken. We don’t let anything freeze in them. I love that nothing stains them, because my granddaughter loves carrot juice, and it stains every other sippy cup and lid we use. I also love that aren’t plastic and had hoped they would be better than plastic. For the money, I really thought they would have held up better, and for that reason I’m giving them 3 stars. I had hoped these would have been cups that lasted her years, but we will see how the other 3 fair.

My two year old can grab it with one hand - these are durable and BPA free, which is what I wanted - love them.

Super cute and a good size for littles, but extremely fragile. Without fail, every time one was dropped (once from just my son's hand to the table--just a few inches) they would get large cracks in them or completely break, rendering them unusable. I'm pretty sure if I squeezed one too tight, it would shatter in my hand. I was expecting less fragile/brittle material.
