Rethane Cracks filler works
Product and instruction are spot on. I didnt use the kit until 5 months after I purchased, which may have created my only issue. The epoxy tunes were so firm, I had to cut the tunes open to extract the two-part epoxy. It was messy and I broke most of the wood applicators/mixers. Maybe that's why they give you so many. I had one left. The other supplies, vinyl gloves, plastic ports, extension tube are all good quality. The caulk gun was OK. When I applied a decent amount of pressure, it slipped. I ended up using my old caulk gun. The urethane foam worked well. I couldn't quite duplicate the fill process from the video...where the urethane spills out of the next port above. However, I could see the foam in the next port, so I would then proceed. The foam expands 2 or 3 times the liquid volume. The injection times per port were also accurate. The Thin cracks easily took 5 minutes to spread. Good product. I would recommend to anyone for their basement cracks. Contractor price was $500 per Crack, so I saved $350. Good luck. Watch the video.

Photos of crack repair
Amazing product that worked exactly as advertised. After watching instructional video was easy to apply, worked quickly and was able to fix a foundation leak that was causing damage to my home. It has been almost six months and many heavy rainstorms since using this product and have had zero recurrence of the troublesome leak.

A few tips of advice...
I'll give the product 4 stars if it does what it says it'll do because it was relatively easy and much cheaper than having a professional do the exact same thing. I'll give Applied Technologies zero stars, though, due to their lack of customer support. I've called them only to ever leave voicemails. And the voicemails were never returned. I'll not know if the product technically works (until the next major rain storm) but let me give some tips on the process. FWIW, I had a 7'(ish) crack that was about 1/4" wide. -Cover anything and everything that looks like it could be a crack with the poxy paste. -Cover the ports completely. Go overboard on the poxy paste because there was plenty for 7' worth of the foundation wall crack. -The poxy paste sets pretty quickly so don't take too much time applying it. I applied in small increments and just kept mixing a little at a time from the tube. -Be careful capping the ports. I capped one of mine and it snapped the whole port off the wall and urethane/foam rushed out all over the wall. I held the port back in place with a bunch of paper towels for about 5 minutes and it seemed to set up. <---if the product fails, it's probably because if this step but now there's nothing for me to do but cross my fingers. -Squeeze the urethane in very slow. The foaming starts instantly and it'll help get the urethane up to the next port above. Other than just taking your time and keeping an eye out for what I mentioned above, anybody can do this. Plus, there's always something great about feeling self-satisfaction for fixing something in your home.

Works pretty well
I set this up awhile ago mid-2024 on basement floor and it survived the winter melt early in 2025 and still holds. It got quite discolored over the year but it did what it was supposed to do. Follow the directions and especially make sure you follow cracks underneath wood structures or furniture before you start pumping the filler through the ports.

Perfect!
This is the real deal! I had tried so many remedies and spent thousands of dollars for foundation wall basement leak with only temporary results. This was relatively quick, easy, cheap and PERMANENT!

Epoxy is Garbage
Do not buy! Deceptive . The epoxy portion of the product is absolute garbage. Conveniently all of the expiration dates and product mfg. codes were smudged and unreadable on both the epoxy and poly foam crack filler. At best poor printing machine at worst it’s fraudulent. This is my second purchase of this this product. First kit I ordered 1 year ago. The epoxy came in two small cans of part an and part b. Much easier to mix than the epoxy in the caulk tubes. The epoxy in the caulk tubes is so hard to get out of the tube and it does not come out in even amounts. I did not even use the caulk gun that was provided. I used a very nice, high leverage tajima caulk gun. Even with the fancy caulk gun it’s was nearly impossible to get the epoxy out. I put the epoxy tubes in warm water and had slightly better results but still had uneven flow from the the two parts. The warm epoxy also sets up quicker. Also the amount of epoxy is not nearly enough for a 2 inch wide strip that is 1/8-1/4 inch(around the ports) high build thickness. I used fiberglass mesh bedded into the epoxy to provide a bit more strength because I was not able to apply the epoxy in the thickness detailed in the instructions. Utter waste of money and more importantly a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and find the other brand of expanding poly crack filler and buy the ports and then buy pC-11 two part marine epoxy. Much cheaper and way easier to use. All this coming from professional carpenter with 30 years in the trades. I wish I could give this product 0 stars. That said the kit I got last year with the two cans of epoxy worked pretty well and took care of the first of many hairline cracks in my foundation. To the company that puts out this product, GO BACK TO THE 2 CANS OF EPOXY!!!

Works great.
This isn’t for everyone, but you need patience and ability to take your time and follow instructions for it to work. I had a vertical, nearly hairline crack from floor to ceiling in my brick pattern poured basement wall. Use plenty of epoxy to install the ports and really gob it around the outside because it’s easy to leave tiny holes that will leak. I was doubting how well the foam would spread thru the crack because of how fine the crack was. To my surprise, I went outside after completing the process and found that the foam went all the way thru and was coming out the other side of the crack outside the foundation.

Great value
Saved me thousands of dollars! I had a leak in my basement and hired a contractor to repair water damage. He Recomended this two part epoxy kit as he has used it with success in other situations. As the crack was inaccessible outside due to a 1,000 sqft deck needing to be ripped out to get to the affected area I gave this a try. So far so good, as we have had a few heavy rains and in both areas we had no problems with leaks anymore. I covered both cracks with carbon fiber “tape” and epoxy as an added layer of protection as the basement will be finished eventually. Only thing I can advise is take your time on the prep, align the ports properly and follow the directions and it will work. Saved thousands by doing it myself.
