I've never liked the idea of using an enema, not even these, but I got into a bad way and needed help desperately. Nothing else was working, no matter what I tried. I tried this and within two minutes I was relieved and done! I will never be without these little miracles. You can hide one in your purse or discreetly pack them away for a trip as they don't take up much room. If you have a bathroom issue as I do, you will call these little liquid suppositories miracles too!
