Great looking sink. We had a similar model that we purchased when we redid our bathroom. Spent a fortune on a Moen. BIG waste of money. It never worked right. I finally had enough and bout this one on Amazon-- took a risk but well worth it. I installed it myself, so here are my comments. Good thing I know what I am doing because the instructions are terrible. Way too small and not descriptive enough. Also-- the water hoses that go from the hot and cold to the main inlet are too small and a little cheap. Home Depot fixed that for about $14. I got two longer, better quality hoses. The faucet itself is really nice. works well and definitely not cheaply made. It should last for years. Good value for the money.

So far seems like a high quality item. Install was the EASIEST faucet I’ve ever put in! The drain in particular was super easy, however it is just slightly a little different color. Came with all new hoses which was a plus.

Unreliable, very hard to fix, support does not provide adequate warranty coverage. Sink started leaking after a year or so. I reached out to the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. They asked me to pay $15 to ship the replacement part. I paid and a week later went to install the part. When I removed the handle I discovered that the head of the screw holding the faucet together had completely corroded and disintegrated. In the photo you can see the screw is completely gone. I didn't even touch it with the screwdriver yet! There is no way to remove the screw now, so I may have to drill it out. They used the wrong material to make the screw. I reached out to them again and they offered me seemingly random replacement parts, asking for $20 for shipping this time, but with a month long wait for the parts to be shipped out. They didn't seem to understand the problem. Now I'm stuck with a broken sink that can't easily be removed, for at least the next month. And if I want replacement parts, I'm gong to end up spending close to what a whole new faucet from Amazon.

Love this faucet. We’ve now had the faucet for two years and it started to leak. Customer service went way above and beyond to get us a replacement.

Bought two sets, as replacements for existing faucets. Plumber had no difficulty installing. And once installed, they seem to be working well, and they look nice. The handles are much smaller than what I was replacing, so wish I had payed attention to the measurements, but for now they look fine and are working well. Also, the cold and hot handle valves both turn in the same direction. I wanted opposite turns. The company was helpful and and I was able to get the two valves from them that allowed the opposite turns for the cold water handles. Also, upon request, the company also sent me the Cold/Hot ceramic identifier tabs for the tops of the handles, as those did not come with the handles as packaged. All in all I am satisfied with this purchase.
