Solid construction and performance for the price point
I've always loved HyperX products, I have a 7 year old Hyperx Cloud II headset that's still going strong even though the leather is starting to flake off. HyperX construction always feels premium with the brushed metal, soft leather, accent stitched thread, etc and their microphone line follows that same trend. The Quadcast is much bigger and heavier than I expected it to be based on the listing photos. It feels sturdy in the hands. Nothing feels cheap, not even the soft coated plastic parts. It looks sleek, even for a gaming mic. I don't care for the black and red or RGB aesthetic, but HyperX does a good job of toning it down while still making it marketable to that specific crowd. I bought a pop filter that blocks out 90% of the red LED which unfortunately can't be turned off, although it serves the purpose of letting you know that the mic is on and active so it's not all bad. I would recommend a pop filter, although the Quadcast has one built in, it was still picking up some pops from about 7-8 inches from my mouth. Pop filter eliminates it entirely. I also bought a boom arm, the Quadcast's shock stand wasn't able to filter out impact noise from my wood desk, could just be the size and density of my desk and not specifically the stand's fault, but again the boom arm eliminates that issue entirely. As far as performance, I was upgrading from my Hyperx Cloud II mic which has always been subpar so it was a significant difference, all of my friends mentioned it within seconds of hearing me talk on the Quadcast, saying I sounded really clear, like I was "in their head", or like I was on a podcast. This was with no finetuning, now I use the SteelSeries Sonar program for the ClearCast AI noise cancelling, it filters out my keyboard taps and background noise better than Discord's Krispy and also carries over into in-game recordings, Krispy obviously cannot. Also love the mute function. Gentle tap on the end of the mic works every time, super responsive. It's a great mic, I don't think you'll find anything better for the price, this is it. I've already gotten some of my friends to buy it because they were so blown away by how much better and clearer I sound. If you've been considering making the switch from a headset mic, I'd say look no further. You will not be disappointed with this mic.

Almost... perfect.
This is a great Desktop Mic for gamers, looks cool, feels nice and has that gamer vibe to it. Sound is clear enough but not crystal clear like people say, you would need extra things to help with that like an amp+dac with mic input or a good motherboard as mines is to old which may be the problem, friends say it feels like a podcasty sound, little muffled but clearer than any headset mic i'v had at least. I also have this on full gain and vol level due to my MB or something making my mics sound quiet (i recently updated my realtek drivers and that when things screwed up my microphone loudness) so friends have got me on 150% vol on discord which isnt good :/. Build quality feels nice, it picks up voice nicely, this is in front of my keyboard which is abit annoying as i tend to hit it and difficult to type xD so may decide to get an arm if i do keep this, but as long as it set on the right sensitive on VOIP like discord it barely reacts to my keyboard sounds while it never picks up my mouse sounds. Only problem i have with this which may be the case with everyone else is the bright red glow, this is the reason why i toke 1 star off, if they made it RGB or able to set brightness. as i perfer green as it is calmer to my eyes and be nice to be able to dim the brightness to your liken. Tbh if i cant find something to help dim this light i may return it due to it... i play in the dark and having a bright red light shineing at the corner of my eyes is irritating.

Outstanding Microphone for Streaming and Content Creation
The HyperX QuadCast is an exceptional standalone microphone that’s perfect for streamers, podcasters, and content creators alike. Its sleek design, complete with the integrated shock mount and adjustable stand, adds a professional touch to any setup. The sound quality is top-notch, offering clear, crisp audio with minimal background noise. It features four polar patterns—stereo, omnidirectional, cardioid, and bidirectional—giving you the flexibility to use it for different recording needs, from solo streaming to group discussions. The cardioid mode, in particular, works brilliantly for isolating your voice. One of the standout features is the tap-to-mute sensor with an LED indicator, making it easy to prevent accidental audio mishaps during live streams. The gain control knob is conveniently placed, allowing on-the-fly adjustments without hassle. Setup is effortless, as it’s plug-and-play with both PC and consoles, and it’s compatible with major platforms like Discord and OBS. The microphone also comes with a detachable pop filter, which effectively minimizes plosives. Overall, the HyperX QuadCast combines style, functionality, and superior performance at a reasonable price point. It’s a great investment for anyone looking to upgrade their audio quality. Highly recommended!

Fantastic mic with only one small issue
This microphone is an absolute godsend. The sound quality is insane, and I barely even need the pop filter I got with it. Goes very well on the new arm I bought with it, and I can say for certainty I would buy this product again. Every single feature of this microphone is 100% worth the price tag, and I have only found one relatively minor issue. The tap-to-mute doesn't seem to actually mute your mic input, but instead drastically lower the volume. I muted on discord and my friend could still hear me when they cranked the volume, and I also tested it with Audacity and found the same thing. I'm not sure it's worth me returning it for such a small issue, but it is definitely the only issue I've so far found with it. Overall, great value for money, looks amazing aesthetically, and impeccable voice quality

Best choice for 100-120£ range & USB
First impression is just how well built both the microphone and the stand feels being all metal. It looks amazing with both a gamer and professional style, rather than the classic dull microphone. Second thing I like is the mute feature by tapping at the top flat part of the microphone gently. It turns the lights OFF if on mute, and lights ON if not mute. Cannot be more obvious and easy to do than that. Third, the sound. Voice feels clean and neutral with high quality to be able talk to friends in voicechat whilst gaming and even use for video recording like for youtube videos. Lastly, the volume can be easily adjusted by rotating the bottom part of the microphone. I'd like to be able to "lock" the volume in some way as I like to play around with my microphone but not really important or needed feature at all. Overall, all these features make this microphone an extremely intuitive, easy plug & play USB, stylish high quality microphone. I am very happy with it, as any better alternatives would not be USB most likely.

Hyper X Quadcast review compared to Blue Snowball Ice
The HyperX QuadCast is an ultra-credible USB mic. Was on superb price during Ramadan offers. Here's what you need to know: 1. Versatility and Quality: - The QuadCast offers great response and is easy to use. - It's ideal for podcasting, streaming, or any vocal-centric application. - The red lights indicate when you're live, making it user-friendly. 2. Technical Details: - Dimensions: 21cm (without stand), 25cm (with stand) - Weight: 254g (without mount or stand), 364g (total) - What We Like: Easy setup, clear when muted, decent quality - What We Don't Like: USB-only, slight sibilant boost, added light 3. Sound Quality Metrics: - Sound Quality: 9.5/10 - Bass: 9.5/10 - Midrange: 9.7/10 - Highs: 9.0/10 - Durability/Build Quality: 9.0/10 - Value: 9.0/10 - Design: 9.0/10 4. Overall Impression: - The QuadCast is a reliable choice for content creators and gamers. - While it's not for professional recording, it delivers excellent performance within its price range. The Blue Snowball iCE is an entry-level USB mic with its own unique charm: 1. Design and Looks: - The spherical design resembles a retro radio, making it stand out. - It's compact and comes with a solid metal stand. 2. Sound Quality and Quirks: - Crystal-clear quality for both speaking and singing. - It has a single polar pattern (cardioid) and lacks additional modes. - Not ideal for extreme closeups or handling distance. 3. Pros and Cons: - Pros: Mid-century aesthetics, great sound (with tweaking), portable - Cons: Limited polar pattern, not suitable for extreme closeups 4. Comparison with HyperX QuadCast: - The Snowball iCE is budget-friendly, while the QuadCast offers more features. - Both serve different purposes: the QuadCast for streaming and podcasting, and the iCE for entry-level recording. In summary, choose the HyperX QuadCast if you want versatility and professional-grade performance. Opt for the Blue Snowball iCE if you're on a tight budget and need a straightforward USB mic. Each has its niche, so consider your specific needs when deciding. Remember, the right microphone depends on your use case and preferences! 🎙️🎧

Good microphone for a decent price
The microphone sounds good, no weird noises, rattling or anything. Although I recommend a pop filter, the built in one is not bad, but sometimes when pronouncing p's and s's you hear a pop. I use it on a cheap microphone stand and it works great. On the top of the mic you have the mute button, there is no click, you just hover to lightly tap it. When the mic is muted, the red light turns off. I have not tested the different sound settings knob on the back. There is a also a audio jack on the back. I recommend this microphone, using it almost daily past 6 months.

Very good microphone HOWEVER (HyperX Quadcast)
The microphone is very good. When I recorded myself speaking I was shocked at how good the quality of the sound was. The microphone has red LED's which aren't too bright or too dim which is great and indicate whether the microphone is muted or not. The mute button is quite sensitive so it only requires a very light tap of the finger to mute/unmute (it's made to recognise that a finger is touching it rather than another object, like how a touchpad works). It also contains a gain control, a headphone jack and a very long wire which doesn't tangle as easily as most wires I use due to it's braided exterior. The shock mount works very well. The four audio patterns work very well for what I want to use them for. HOWEVER: The microphone does not come with a bass controller. I did not take that into account when I bought the item (but I'm still very satisfied with the product). The microphone also doesn't come with Minecraft. Sorry to disappoint you all. Jokes aside, this microphone is really good and I recommend it to anyone hoping to record their voice for any reason.

Após 1 ano de uso...
A qualidade do som é indiscutível: é muitíssimo bom. Ponto!
