Hi , It can be a substitute to any vinegar but not exactly soy sauce as soy. However it a great tasting vinegar and absolutely natural will always inhance ur dish flavour .

Is coconut vinegar same as coconut liquid aminos?

Coconut vinegar is made from blossoms... or coconut water... with different methods. 1. One kind is made from blossoms (like KLAPS)... fermented naturally for 3 or more months (no sugar, etc. added in the process)... Minerals and coconut aminos present. May contain mother too. (See label to confirm.) Or, 2. Made from Coconut water (with added sugar, etc.) fermented in few days. "Coconut aminos" may be a mix (See specifics mentioned by manufacturer.) i) Vinegar (made from blossom)... (however, may have a very short, additive based fermenting method, unless specified by manufacturer.) ii) (May be) mixed with the second type of coconut vinegar (made from coconut water) in some proportion (10:90, 30:70, 50:50)... proportion may be mentioned on label. iii) Salt may be added... iv) Probably will not have the mother (unless specified.) Then again, Aminos and Vinegar, may be exactly the same (see specifics on site) sold in a different name. See specifics on site before shopping for one. Take care.

Hi, i got this by mistake but this is also useful in making salads and can be used instead of lemon in many dishes. If u don't like the smell of vinegar then its quite useless, else it is a dietary product and not as bitter as the usual vinegar.

Too Good!

Well I am a very big vinegar fan and have been using apple for a long. This was first time I have tried coconut vinegar and I must say it's mind blowing. Product is very good but much costlier than other brands.
