Got this back in October and it continues to work great daily for my husband. Only reason for four stars is that when we got received it, it was missing one of the four little felt pads and so it rocks to that corner as it brews. Should have returned and purchased the same thing but we were in a hurry to use it and aside from that it’s perfect.

Permanent filter lets grounds through. Hard to read fill level for water. Does not turn off automatically. Hard to pour out lat few drops.

Perfect size for what I needed. Easy care and cleaning. Good product for the price. Makes four regular cups or two large cups of coffee.

Brews slow & filter plugs up & coffee back up.

I really like this coffee maker. It has an attractive, nice compact design, shows good functionality and attention to detail, and engineered well for a coffee maker of this price range. You have the option of using the built-in filter or adding a paper filter. The built-in filter has a fine mesh that never allows any grounds into the coffee. You can measure the water you're pouring in by using the carafe, or there is also a neat "stair step" indicator built into the water reservoir that tells you how many 'cups' you have in there. I highly recommend this coffee maker, just realize it is small so you'll only get 2 medium sized mugs of coffee out of it!!

Ordered this on a whim after my coffee pot of many years finally kicked the bucket. It's the perfect size since I live with non-coffee drinkers/victims of k-cup use (they don't know the quality they're missing with a drip coffee pot), so I only make coffee for myself or only a couple guests at a time. Cleaning is easy- I try to put the parts (reusable filter, filter tray, and pot) in the dishwasher once a week. Probably should be in the top rack, but I sometimes put the pot and tray in the washer and it hasn't been a problem.

Extremely disappointed that after you have purchased it and use it....Then you discover on your first pot that the filter clogs easily and can not brew the 4 cups of coffee, claiming that your coffee grounds must be too fine! I used coffee that I have been using for years and it is no special 'fine" grounds. I am thoroughly disgusted. This is the only time so far I have been disappointed with an Amazon purchase.
