I had to order this urn twice. The first urn can in cracked in half. After further investigation it looks like it cracked along the place it is welded together. So I returned it and asked for a replacement. When the second “new” one came in, someone had used paint, that did not match the original paint, to touch up scratches in the paint. The paint wasn’t even close to matching and it was all over the urn. It looked horrible. Returned that one too and just got a refund. I ordered another urn from another seller that was well packaged and came in perfect condition. Recommend you stay FAR away from this urn. No one should have to deal with these kind of problems after the loss of a loved one.

Unable to get assistance from Amazon for refund on item returned 3 weeks ago. Seller won't accept emails from customers who did not purchase directly from them. A scam!Although this urn is heavy, sturdy, and looks nice from a distance, when you view it up close it is easy to spot the numerous imperfections. The engraved etchings in the metallic finish are very poorly done and run out the edges, as well as the black painted trim that is unevenly applied and runs out of the bounds of the lines in many places. I could not in good conscience place my loved one's ashes in this product, so it was returned.

While at the mortuary with my mother and brother making arrangements for my Step Father of 47 years who had just passed, we did not see an Urn that was fitting for him. When the gentleman we were working with advised that we could choose one of his or “shop around”, I went right to my Amazon App. I scrolled down and immediately fell in love with this one. After receiving an anonymous “YES”, I ordered it and it was delivered the following day! (Thank you Amazon Prime)! It was exactly as portrayed and we couldn’t be more pleased. Beautiful and solid. My Step-Father, may he returned in peace, would have approved ❤️.

We decided as a family to place my wife's cremains in a columbarium. The cemetery told me to leave them in the plastic box that came from the funeral home. I could let her cremains spend eternity in a plastic box. But to honor her frugal nature, I did not want to spend too much. I picked this urn. I'm very happy with my decision! I did not have it engraved since it will be placed in a sealed niche in the columbarium.

We purchased the Mediterranean Blue, for my very beloved mother who LOVES the ocean. It just arrived today. Another urn I purchased was far darker than shown in the photos, so I was worried about this...she did NOT like dark things. But this came, like the ocean, with some depths of color and light teal-turquoise blue on the surface. It reminds me of the ocean at the Outer Banks where we always vacationed. I know she would love it, and I feel it reflects her spirit well.It is EXCELLENT quality, solid, heavy-weight, and sturdy, with no defects. I feel that after much searching and many false starts, we finally found an urn that is honoring to my darling mother.Thank you everyone for your reviews. They were so helpful to me in making this critical decision.UPDATE January 4, 2022: We have had this urn in our home now for three months, on a memorial table first decorated for Autumn and now for Christmas. It looks absolutely gorgeous and upscale in every setting and we have had no issues with it at all and certainly no regrets about it.

It seems odd to write a review for a funeral urn but I have to say that the urn was beautiful. The funeral director commented that it was an excellent design and quality and totally comparable to the ones they sold. It is an amazing saving in cost without compromising quality. If you are looking for a less expensive urn, Costco sells one.

This is so nice ! We never had to buy anything like this before but I can tell you it is of great quality. It is solid and it looks beautiful.

This item is nicer than the picture shows, it’s a good size and attractive in appearance, fits in nicely as a decorative piece. The cross symbol and overall appearance is why I chose this and I was not disappointed.

I had purchased the large urn in December for my brother who passed suddenly. My siblings wanted to have a matching keepsake urn which shows comes with 4 individual velvet boxes. The item arrived with the 4 keepsake urns in one large velvet box that smells of Mold. I hope the seller will choose to reimburse me for the missing items from the order as advertised so I can purchase boxes for safe keeping.

Very disappointed with the quality of this product. Embarrassing workmanship. There is no way I would put my husband’s ashes in this horrible container. I will be retuning it.
