It is really easy to use and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You just add the kernels, turn it on and it pops quickly (2-3 minutes) with very few unpopped ones. I like that it doesn’t use oil in the machine as it doesn’t require a bunch of clean up. It’s also small enough to leave out or store without taking up much space. The only downside is the butter tray doesn’t actually melt the butter very well — it mostly just softens it, so I still melt butter separately. That part is a bit disappointing as the butter melting ability was one of the draws I had to this machine. Other than that, it’s been reliable and great for quick popcorn at home. Side note, I highly recommend using butter flavored coconut oil as a butter alternative as well. It tastes great and helps give that movie theater butter taste. Just don’t forget to add a little salt too.
