This is my favorite tea cup. I bought a second one because I realized I'd lose my mind if I broke it. It's absolutely gorgeous and the glass is thick and sturdy. I've actually dropped it on carpet and it didn't break (whew!). It fits 8 oz of water perfectly (shown, 12 oz is probably completely full). If you're a large coffee person, they have a bigger, taller option too! So I was skeptical at first the glue between the metal frame and glass would get weak or get water stuck in it - nope, I've had it about 6 mo's, drinking out if it daily, and it's like a rock. Occasionally I'll spill some down the side and it'll run out the metal part when I tip it, but that's my own fault, it doesn't happen often, even after washing. (It doesn't say whether it can be put on the dishwasher, which is unfortunate, but it's easy to clean by hand .) I also thought the gold or blue would wear off or the rhinestones would fall off - nope again! Finally, I thought it would get too hot cuz the handle is metal, and granted the base gets really hot on my mug warmer, but the handle itself doesn't get too hot. It's beyond beautiful and a quality cup. Well worth the price, plus you get a tiny matching spoon, and it comes in a really beautiful box. I never say this, but it honestly would make an amazing gift for a tea lover! The only reason this doesn't have many reviews I think is there are MANY different designs of the same style of cup, if they were integrated into one listing, this cup would be rated much higher probably. There's ones with beautiful twining flowers, there are taller versions, so many beautiful options. Definitely get this or one of its gorgeous relatives!

Just received this beautiful multi-functional glass today. I like having my coffee in a clear glass and this one is so over-the-top. Very detailed metal work and shape. You have to find a comfortable grip for you because metal could interfere with a ring (for example); however I adjusted and the grip is very nice. I would buy one again👍🏾

It came in a nicely decorated box, so I was able to give it as a gift as is. The cup is so ornate and gorgeous, very pretty to look at. My friend liked the gift as it looked really unique and just so elegant. I'd say it makes for a sweet and thoughtful present, and it's functional as well so you know it won't be just sitting in the cupboard or on display, although it could very well be used in that way! It's very pretty.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my mother who is a tea drinker. She absolutely loved it! I am not certain if she will use it for drinking or display, she loved the way it looks. Also the box it come in is very nice, a great presentation for the gift inside. I would highly recommend this to someone who is a tea drinker or just likes to collect pretty things.

So I gifted this to my best friend for Christmas and she loved it she is to scared of using it but when I opened it to see if it was okay it’s more yah. I expected it came with a little cup mat I’m not sure if exact name but you can set your glass on it and then it came with the really beautiful spoon it is definitely with the money

Something different.The only thing I was unhappy about with these glass mugs was the size.They are certainly fit for a queen, a petite queen!However, they are beautiful.

Upon receipt the box was smashed which in turn smashed the gifting box inside. The whole presentation is lowered and have decided not to give the gift.The bluing designes was a darker tourqoise, not all bad but I think it was my attitude because of the smash upped box.Still considering whether to chance ordering another for my daughter and trying again.
