It's tasty but won't fill you up.
Firstly, if you like spicy don't bother thinking this product will do anything for you. I think my 2 year old wouldn't even consider this spicy. Don't get me wrong, it's outstandingly delicious but not spicy in the least. I also find the noodle portion is EXTREMELY small. I could eat 4 of these and maybe start to feel full. However, it's an incredibly simple and delicious snack. Good to take the afternoon hunger edge off. I find letting your boiling water sit in the cup for at least 10 minutes gives the noodles the right consistency that you expect. (not so "instant" in that case I know but worth the wait)Overall I think this is a great product for what it is. 5 stars

I really wanted to like these noodles
UPDATE: I bought the same soup cup in the supermarket and it was delicious! I tried another cup from the 6-pack that I received from Amazon and it was very good. It appears that maybe every now and then one of the flavor packets doesn't get filled with enough spices etc. That might explain why the one I first tried was so watery and flavorless. I communicated this to the company and they were very interested in correcting any problems and were very attentive to my information on lot numbers etc.All in all, I think this is an excellent ramen and I will order again.Old review:I saw all the positive reviews and was excited to try the beef noodles cup. I followed the instructions exactly and the noodles were not cooked enough and the broth was very bland and watery. I was very surprised that the broth was so bad considering all the positive reviews. I have tried many other instant noodle products and this one is my least favorite. I really wanted to like these noodles because they are not-fried and organic and the broth contain less salt. I am wondering if I received a bad batch. The broth does not seem to be "ridiculously rich" to me. I will not order them again.

Good but not great
I love this ramen for being vegetarian and filling that void we vegetarians were needing. The flavor of the broth is rich and delicious. Its super easy to prepare. Where this product falls short for me is the texture and portion of the noodles. The noodles, even after doubling the recommended steam time, never get as soft as i feel they should be. They are chewy and firm and that doesn't appeal to me. I was not expecting such a small portion of then either. For me this is something I wouldn't buy again as I'm looking for more of a softer ramen noodle. But I'm happy this product exists.

Full flavor
Been looking for a product that tastes full bodied and you just add water to it. Everything I tried failed. Flavor was weak and watered down. Saw a description of Mikes Mighty Good on Amazon Fresh. Bought one chicken and one spicy beef. Couldn’t believe how good they were. That’s why I got multiples of all that were available. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you for a delicious product.

Viciously disgusting
The most unsatisfying noodles I've ever had the misfortune of wanting to try. It's insane to call these instant noodles when they take 6 minutes to cook only to reap the most underwhelming results. Gross flavor horrible noodle texture. These are just a cup of some of the worst tasting noodles. Really wanted to support these since they're organic and vegan but I just can't csuse of how gross It was. Overpriced and only for diminishing returns run in the opposite direction if you ever see these.

Excellent broth
They take a little while to cook probably going to need about 5 minutes separate all the noodles but they're very good and probably the best ones out there. Excellent quality and flavor

Good flavor, but tiny portion and bad value
The portion is absolutely tiny (see picture). When I opened the cup, I thought it was a packaging error that there was so little noodles in there, so I opened another package and it's the same thing. Noodles are cheap, why does the company skimp on the noodles? It makes sense now why each cup is only 200 calories (most cup noodles are around 400 calories). The noodles also don't cook very well if you just pour hot water into it and let it sit (like most cup noodles). You can even see this in the instructions, they say to wait 6 minutes (most cup noodles are ready in 2 min). The flavor is decent though nothing to rave about.I bought a pack of 6 for $17.50, which is about $2.90 per bowl, which is totally not worth it for the amount of noodles.

Tasty
This instant Raman is overall very good and the calories don't overwhelm the days calorie limit.•Yes, the noodles do take longer to "cook".However I used a ceramic bowl and put it on top to keep the heat in and help keep them warm. They did not get cold this way as others mentioned, however I do think using the packaging lid would be too flimsy and they would be cold by the time they were ready.•If you are used to eating the high sodium cheap ramen of course these would have a lack of flavor. Your tastebuds are conditioned to all the salt and chemical flavor enhancers. I rarely eat processed foods and I found this to be very flavorful and the best part is they aren't salty. Over-salting is used to make cheap food flavorful.•the broth (vegetable) is rich and I like the flavor and texture of the added oil. It makes it taste like real broth vs powder broth. The broth is thin, but what do you expect from instant noodles?•the noodles have a nice consistency once cooked. They cooked fine, but I had to be patient. It took about 8-10 minsI will buy them again.
