Better than steel
Sturdy and heavier than steel, I switched to ceramic because the steel bowl I’d been using began to discolor a little, and I was concerned about what might be getting into the water. No such worries with ceramic. I’d be confident eating off this one myself.

Looks better in the pictures
In the pictures it looked much cleaner and nicer than when we got it in person. Also, the line between the two colors wasn't neat. It had a couple of areas where the bottom darker color bled into the white. Ended up returning it and getting a Yeti bowl.

Lovely
Great! No complaints. The medium is perfect for Buddy, and has deep ridges. The dolphin gray literally reminds me of a dolphins color, so it's very true coloring. If youre inclined to perfection, notice that the border isn't painted perfectly.
