Nice thing about it is it does stop stains. Someone put candy in the bed and it melted and it did not get on the mattress. Great! It also stops vomit from your two year old. Great! Its nice and silent! Great! The reason for my low star rating is because I feel lied to. I put this on a 8 inch mattress. They claim that it can fit up to a 18 inch mattress. That is a big difference. No. It would not. It pops off my small 8 inch mattress and stretches with pain just going on it. If you have a deep mattress run away. If you have a small one and don't mind putting it back on every other day, well . . . its your money.UPDATE: I am increasing my rating because of the seller. They truly believe in customer service. I did not write them and complain. There customer seem very important. They reached out to me and apologized that I was having a hard time. They also kindly helped me out. I would buy from these people again. I will be looking to see what other products they sell.

Absolutely perfect fit! We have an RV Short Queen size mattress. I'm so happy it is a perfect fit! I was afraid we would have to cover the entire Dynasty mattress we bought, but thankfully it just fits like a sheet yet snug fit. We haven't spilled anything yet but pretty sure it will hold up.

I've had this a week, washed it ONE TIME according to the instructions and it started coming apart at the seams - THE VERY FIRST TIME I WASHED IT!! I'm extremely disappointed. Don't waste your money!

Update: We have had this mattress protector for 2 and 1/2 years, and it works perfectly. Several times different liquids have been spilled on it, and not a drop has gotten through to the mattress. I can enthusiastically recommend this to folks who want the best protection for their mattress.We got a new king mattress and needed a new cover. We wanted something with pockets deep enough to support a 12" mattress, comfortable to sleep on and, of course, water-proof. This one fills the bill. We don't even notice it's there, and it stays perfectly in place. I'm glad we got it.

This is not a deep pocket, as it will not stay over all 4 corners of my queen mattress, by morning, it slipped all the way up to the pillow top. It is not breathable as advertised. While underneath you it reminds me of laying on a child’s mattress pad cover, the kind that prevents bed wetting. And to go along with the weird texture, this pad made me sweat non-stop, letting me know it’s not breathable, when I slept a few night without pad, no hot sticky sweats. I would return this item, but like a dummy, I threw away the plastic bag it shipped in when I put it on my bed, and trash went out that night. Not recommended if you have a thick mattress and/or are a hot sleeper.

It fit my 14 inch queen memory foam mattress like a glove. The pockets of the protector are nice and deep so it should fit over just about any mattress. I even spilled a glass of water to test, the protector absorbed the liquid and nothing penetrated. As an added bonus it not only protects the top of the mattress but the sides as well with no crinkling either.

I have no idea how waterproof it is but the fit is perfect for our rv mattress. I did find it "slippery" under the sheet. all in all pretty satisfied.

Very plastic-y, not like other waterproof mattress covers I've ordered before. I'm guessing it won't be very breathable.
