Perfect fit!
Like all EZ-Pour products- these are a perfect fit, well-made and dependable. Worth the extra dollar or 2 to have one that fits and does not leak in use- unlike the cheaper ones I've tried. I have items from EZ-Pour from almost 20 years past, that are still going strong.

Works great when you use the correct gasket as supplied
Fits an old-fashioned Jerry can and allows you to attach a modern EZ-POUR spout. Pours great with the supplied O-ring gasket, which seals against drips but allows the Jerry breather hole to work.

Perfect fit and exactly what I needed to attach a Tera Pump to a MFC/Jerry Can
I love military fuel cans and have upgraded the gasket and changed the flanges to aluminum. That makes them leakproof and indestructible. The last piece of the puzzle was connecting a Tera Pump securely so I didn't have to worry about it sliding off. This is a perfect fit with the included Tera Pump adapters and replaces an incredibly janky contraption I'd built in the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. My life long search for the ultimate fuel transport, storage, and transfer is now complete.Appears to be E85 compatible if that's something anyone else is concerned with.

Fits perfectly on older plastic Jerry can.
No fir issues whatsoever. They are plastic on plastic fine threads so I can see how someone may over tighten it easily and mess up the threads, or if the threads are already worn.It comes with a flat seal and an o-ring. I didn't need the o-ring. Would be 5 stars if it came with a cap, but no biggie.

Good quality but not enough threads
Good quality products. It comes with an O-ring to raise the adapter up enough to use the factory vent in the can. The problem with that is there aren't enough threads on the adapter to make that work. I got about half a thread on and it pops off tearing up the threads on the can. The way I fixed it is to drill a corresponding hole in the adapter that matches up to the hole on the can to vent properly. I also had to cut a hole in the gasket. Just make sure you use a little bit of fuel resistant sealant on the back of the gasket to the adapter so it doesn't slide around. If you do this and keep the adapter on you will need to find something to fill the hole while in transport so it doesn't spill. Other than that it's a great product. If you have any questions let me know.

Use it on the right can and with the right gasket
Fits perfect on my very old, metal QMC marked U.S.MILITARY 1951 5 GL.,RUSAKOV JERRY CAN. Tight fit with flat gasket. Remove the flat gasket and use the O ring gasket to vent the can properly. Some reviews say it doesn't fit the plastic jerry cans but it fits the metal ones. Those who said it leaks are probably using it on the wrong can or they are using the flat gasket along with the O ring gasket. It is one gasket or the other. Not both. My old metal spout leaked thru the flexible metal tube. With this adapter there are no leaks. I remove the adapter and use the original metal cap for storage and use the adapter for the EZ pour spout with no problems. If I had a cover cap to fit the adapter I would leave the adapter in place and remove the original metal cap

Threads are to small for Sceptor Military fuel cans.
Quality construction, but the threads are too fine/small to fit Sceptor plastic Military fuel cans. I have the same "Government Property" fuel can that is in the Seller's picture. The threads are the wrong size (too small) and therefore will not tighten down. You can very easily wiggle the adaptor out of the can without unscrewing it, meaning it leaks like crazy when pouring. I am going to try wrapping some sort of gasoline-resistant tape around the adaptor's thread and see if that will make it tighten down properly. We will see. The threads do not appear to be the same pitch as the fuel can.

Works Great!
Perfect! Comes with a flat rubber gasket to seal and an O-ring gasket to vent when pouring. The EZ-Pour website states that you need to use the yellow spout which I already had on an old plastic can. No leaks and I get my USMC jerry can back in service.
