Irish Cream Flavored Coffee, Ground, Fresh Roasted, 16-ounce

On that eternal quest to find the best flavor of coffee I ran across this one. In my opinion I believe my search has ended. It was very subtle, yet creamy, not bitter, with great flavor. I will be buying this coffee from now on.

After coming back from Cali, Colombia where we bought copious amounts of coffee on a two day sprint up to Armenia, we had managed to burn through everything we brought back and the store brand k-cups were undrinkable to us after having nothing but the best for weeks. I did a little research and found Volcanica to be highly highly rated. I opted for the ground coffee as my co-workers who I share with don't like grinding the beans for every cup and you can tell it's not necessarily the same freshness as the beans however it is still by far one of the best coffees we have had and ranks right up there with Recuca and la Divisa de Don Juan. If you are still reading this you have waited too long to order some!

First the positives: this is low acid coffee, recommended to me to possibly handle some digestive issues. At least it IS available! Taste is similar to other coffees. The two things I do not like: the price. This is far more expensive than even Lavazza . The second thing, mostly minor is the way the package opens. At first, I thought the resealable package was a great idea. However, it does make it more difficult to get the coffee out of the package, because it doesn't open completely. At this point, I actually don't have anything else I can put this in.

I was truly surprised that the taste is great! YES low acid. Only thing I accidently bought ground. Prefer to grind my own, but the taste was still good. It does not hold fresh taste after sitting for a while though. Some coffees do. So only brew what you will drink right then.

I had my doubts, but after that first sip my mind was completely changed. This is is such a beautiful coffee that made me look forward to drinking coffee while also helping me savor and really enjoy coffee for the first time ever.

Personally I was very disappointed with this product. It had a very strange bitter like taste and not enjoyable. Tried various amounts of grounds when brewing and still not an enjoyable cup of coffee. I will say that it was better tasting than a previous li acid coffee I bought

Smooth not bland or bitter

Spent so much time trying to find a replacement for my Ethiopian kcups I used to drink. Sure it may be ground, but I just put it into one of the reusable kcup ground cup. This has been the best replacement I have found by far. The smell is amazing and the taste is even better.

Pricey - but excellent coffee. Delivered within a couple of days of the order.
