Bought February 2019 for £12.91 for a completed diamond picture I needed to frame to give as a gift. I had bought a frame already but for some reason it didn't fit, as the picture was beach related I saw this and thought it was perfectly suited and I couldn't have been happier when it arrived.I have uploaded pictures for you to see how lovely this is. In the description says that is made of plastic but in reallity is made of plaster (gypsum) and so is more fragile than expected. My parcel was delivered in a shield box with bubble wrap but the frame was broken in a corner. As you can see in the photos I have uploaded, the broken piece is inside the nylon wrap and it didn't brake while unboxing. I would return it back but it was for a wedding gift that I had to place a photo of the couple so there was no time to wait for a new one. Overall, it is a nice frame with realistic wooden scratches that makes it feel rustic.

Ordered ‘driftwood’ frame to frame a signed picture of my favourite lighthouse in California. Arrived in seriously protective professional packaging. Had worried about frame finish - completely unnecessarily!!!! It’s perfect to frame a nautical pic. Gorgeous quality. Total bargain. Will absolutely use this company again for my future framing needs!

The frame is beautiful with the etched black but sadly the glass arrived broken. We were travelling and saw it too late to return in time sadly. Unusable unless we find something to frame without the glass.

Very pretty and doesnt look cheap/not well made.Ordered two, one fell off the wall first night we hung it though, and smashed to pieces very easily. Note that its very brittle glass and a porus plastic type frame. Very sad about this as rely liked them! Might buy more, but waiting to see how long the second lasts first.

Not only the frame looks great, but the service was too: the product initially arrived with a broken glass pane. I sent an email to the address given in the product parcel, and not only the reply was prompt, but I was immediately given the choice to get an identical glass pane in replacement or a sturdier plastic one. I opted for the plastic and you really can't tell the difference. Thank you for your help.
