This is the one you need for the Laird antennas, and it grips the antenna sleeve much more securely than standard u-bolt style mounts.

The hex bolts provided were a hair to short. I had to purchase a couple of 1 in long 5/16 in hex bolts that cost me less than $0.50 to make it work, but other than that a very good good product.
