Doesn't deserve one star. If I could leave zero I would.Powered this item up to setting 1. Blows out non heated air. Moved to setting 2. Air warmed up then powered down after 2-3 seconds. Tried a few more times with the same results. This item has now gone in the bin.Don't waste your time or money on this item. Buy cheap, pay dear.

Save your money, don't work wouldn't dry your hair if you sat there all day

Hairdryer wasn't right for what I wanted, but 5 years for brilliant customer service.Thanks for prompt service with no quibbles.
