This has been the holy grail for my accutane lips. My lips were cracked and bleeding on the daily, i tried it on in the morning and halfway through the day my lips were perfectly moistened, no more cracking, no pain, just straight relief. I’m a little sad they are smaller than i expected but it’s entirely worth it for the results. It doesn’t smell at all but it is a little waxy compared to other balms. I reapplied twice throughout the day and that was more than enough. If you’re thinking about trying this I would highly recommend it!

Best lip repair out there. I have also found that it is the only thing that helps my eczema!It repairs cracks literally OVERNIGHT — whether the issue is lips or hands, it doesn’t matter. This is an absolutely phenomenal product which is in a class of its own.My only gripe is the lid which is not very secure, but despite this issue I still easily give it 5 stars because of the next-level product performance!

These work well but I did not care for them because they are so thick and not easy to apply. I will not reorder.

I have suffered from horribly cracked dry lips for over 20 years now. They get so bad, the hard skin hangs and I have to peel it off which is painful and bleeds. Lip skin does not heal back to normal.....ever! So ever since I first picked at it 20 years again, its never gone back to normal. Every year about three times a year for a span of a few months each time I'm dealing with horribly dry, cracked and peeling lips. So bad I can't leave my home sometimes or get out my car to go in the store until they stop bleeding. The skin hardens and my only option is to take it off which makes it nice for a day but the skin grows back hard. I tried other lip balms but they just worked for a short period and the skin still dried up and peeled but was greasy and peeling since I had lip gloss on. Nothing helped much. Even balms my doctor recommended didn't work. It has bee a never ending battle. This stuff has really helped me so far!!! I applied it around 2pm. Went to dinner, ate and my lips are still moist, even through my meal. I didn't have to reapply more after eating. I also like that it doesn't have a shine to it so it looks natural as if you don't even have anything on. Not everyone wants those greasy lips. I searched hard online and found this. My next stop was a dermatologist. I'm Very grateful!! I thought I'd never find anything. I think my 20 plus year battle may be over. If this persist, I guess I can say it has changed my life. So far, so great!

This stuff saved me. 4 years ago, I found what I thought was a miracle lip product and it was the only thing that worked for me for those 4 years. Then out of nowhere, it stopped working!!! I tried everything; Vaseline, aquafor, expensive lip balm, argan oil, any lip balm I could get my hands on, and nothing would help how dry and painful my lips had gotten this winter.After reading reviews, I bought O’Keefe’s lip repair. Within 2 hours of applying once, my lips felt so much better. After a day, they looked and felt normal. I bought the overnight lip treatment from O’Keefe’s too and my lips have never been softer. Excellent product, highly recommend!!

It applies well and lasts a decent bit of time, but it's broken quite a few times leaving me with some bit layers and chucks falling off.

I don't leave a review too often, but figured I would for this. I had really bad cracks in my lips after coming back from a trip to Mexico. None of the chapsticks I had, even my Burt's bees and chapstick, and other medicated stuff wouldn't help. I've always had really good luck with any of the O'Keeffe's brand products and figured I couldn't go wrong and I was right! This crap healed my lips literally overnight! By the second day they were 100% Back to normal. Really like the container too, like a mini deodorant container haha!
